Great gym! I left lifetime fitness to join crunch and I haven’t been disappointed. Clean, friendly and the staff is very knowledgeable and willing to assist. Great environment, staff and members. Shout out to my trainer Tyler!!! I highly recommend this gym. Countryside location l!

The receptionist Meghan aka (Megalodon) gave me the best experience coming in to the gym today. She greeted me with a smile and I could tell she genuinely enjoys her job, unlike the feeling I got at past gyms. Will definitely be coming to this crunch at countryside more often, really clean gym as well!!!

I have been attending crunch countryside for over a year now and without a doubt I can say it’s a boys club and the management is extremely unprofessional, rude and arrogant… when I first signed up, not only did the associate sign me up for the incorrect membership (the more expensive one) but then once I realized this, it took them several months to change my membership and I was never refunded for those three months+ of membership, as they had promised me. Not only that, but the trainers here are incredibly disrespectful and will repeatedly give you unsolicited advice. I have tried to enjoy the environment because I appreciate the set up of crunch but this location time after time is disappointing. Every bench and machine is almost always being used as well as its overcrowded. There are constant waits on the machines, racks and everything else. I do not recommend.

When I signed up I specifically asked the question about cancellation and if there were any fees, the person who signed me up assured me that I can cancel at anytime with zero fees. After one month of my membership I decided to cancel due to my busy schedule, I knew I won’t be able to make it to the gym. They would not let you cancel over the phone, I tried many times, they ask that you come in to cancel, so if you’re traveling or sick they still want you to drive to their physical location to cancel. I finally gave up and went just to learn that cancellation means you pay for an ANNUAL fee PLUS 90 days of membership fees!!! An annual fee for something I’m canceling after one month!!! I never seen anything this corrupt. The general manager there Hunter and his assistant Megan looked me in the eye and said I will only be able to cancel if I pay the annual fee plus 90days membership fee! Very bad customer service, and unprofessional staff. This gym is designed to sign people up then smack them with a bunch of fees if they want to cancel. When you are signing up you don’t even know what you’re signing for, they have the screen blanked out and there is ZERO mention that you would pay an ANNUAL FEE to cancel the membership after ONE MONTH! If you are a traveler or busy and you know you might end up canceling please consider before you trap yourself, very shady sign up practices with undisclosed fees! I hope this review will benefit and protect some people 🙏🏼

I have been at this gym since it opened. I use one specific equipment to do my cardio. I have complained about this equipment so many times I can't count. Only 1 of 4 can you ever adjust the resistance. The others immediately show "Error 82". I am not sure if the owners are two cheap to actually fix the equipment or the tech who tries just doesn't have the skill to diagnosis the problem. Either way not good to have broken equipment.

Excellent Staff, Clean Equipment, Great Atmosphere. Literally my "happy place"Naturally there are busy hours but overall you can stay moving from machine to machine pretty fluidly, always plenty of free weights. I would consider Crunch one of the higher end gyms when it comes to total package. No childcare at this location but I just go when my son's at school 🤷♀️😉 Tanning beds and Hydro Massage Machines available 🤩 Sauna in the locker rooms too!10/10 from me!

I went yesterday as an out of state traveler and I loved it! They had loins energizing music playing, the gym was busy but not crowded and the staff was friendly and hard working! This is a larger gym than my home gym, so it had more equipment than I’m used to and I loved the variety. It closed at 7pm which was earlier than I was expecting but I left saying “wow that was fun!”

I do for myself at these gyms so there's really no reason to rate under a 5 star unless the gym is just filthy. Cleaning crew does a good job

Hey corporate I think leaving my stuff scattered across the floor is more dangerous than my gym bag. Hoping for your sake no one trips and falls. Your new policy at this location sucks. No other crunch enforces this quite like this gym. I totally enjoy mid workout putting my bag in a locker 30 minutes prior to close.
