I've been coming to HEAT YOGA for a little over 10 years. I have been to several dozen other yoga studios in the Pinellas County, Tampa area. HEAT YOGA offers a very serene and peaceful environment that is properly priced and has some of the best yoga instructors I have ever practiced with.Stephanie is still there after over a decade. She has always been very positive, uplifting and polite. There are newer instructors Olivia and Sasha. They are five star Instructors. I've been practicing yoga for 15 years. HEAT YOGA offers a comprehensive schedule of various Yoga flows from the beginner to the advanced. I am very happy with this Yoga studio and my mind and body are fully charged. My health is optimal because of my yoga practice. For me, this is the perfect Yoga atmosphere. Lots of parking and easy access off the 19. I would recommend this studio to anyone wishing to find the perfect spot to enhance their Yoga experience.

I never liked the thought of doing yoga, and then one day my boyfriend asked me to join a class to try it out since I suffer from anxiety. Best thing I ever did! Have been going nonstop ever since. I love Leila!! I go to all of her classes she is the best! Thank you so much

I have been practicing at Heat for about 7 years now and I absolutely LOVE it! The teachers are amazing and so knowledgeable. I have gone to many other yoga studios in the area but I always came back to Heat. It’s my home :) highly recommend!

Love the experience I have everyday I come into Heat Yoga. Been going here for 5 months and have been seeing amazing improvements; not just with my practice but my peace of mind and confidence in myself! Every teacher that comes in is knowledgeable and helpful through each pose!

incredible place. I have never liked yoga and always thought it would be boring and to slow for me. I decided to give Heat a try and so glad I did. The instructors are all amazing and really make you feel welcome.
