Been a member for 2 years and love the character of the place, the people and the proximity to my house. I got tired of the "designer" big name gyms with all the flash and trappings. If you are looking for a place to train and get fit, this is the place. Nothing fancy, by any means, but that is what I like about it. Monthly memberships are reasonable and you get 24/7 access. If you bring a guest, sign them in and pay $10. If your guest decides to join, that $10 is applied to their membership.The new owners have upgraded a lot of equipment and the access control devices.

Not many gyms like this, especially for the cost. Since I’ve been a member a few months ago they’ve added 5 new pieces of great equipment. Awesome place
