Forget about getting on their schedule which only has classes every 2 hours and is booked way in advance. Doesn't work out if you're an out of town member wanting to pass through and take a class.

I love this place. The coaches are inspiring and keep me motivated. The workout is different everyday. I go 5 days a week and absolutely love it. It is by far the best workout I have done.

I love how involved and connected the trainers are to the group. It really helps to keep me motivated. Previously it has been very difficult to find trainers that weren't either late or spent most of their time texting or talking to everyone else while their clients struggled. I think it's one of Orange Theory's best selling points.

If I could give ZERO STARS, I would. I currently workout at a functional training facility, and love it. We are getting ready to relocate to Palm Harbor, and I am beyond sad to be leaving my current gym. I figured, I would give OT a shot, because I have heard great things. However, a facility is great in my book for many reasons, and not just the workout alone.I called this morning, and Haley answered the phone. I asked her how much a membership is. She sputtered for a solid 3 minutes...repeating that they range from $5-$12 per class. I thanked her, and asked how much for an unlimited month. Once again, sputtered and refused to answer me. She just kept giving me the range. I asked her how much it would cost me for a month unlimited, once again. She put me on hold, and was clearly coached to say the same $5-$12 range and that corporate will not let her tell me how much per month. This is a joke. When you are considering joining the gym, giving them your credit card information...in my opinion, I have EVERY right to know how much a membership is prior to coming in. I worked in sales before and I get that it is easier to sell in person, and after the person has tried the product. However, I would never hide behind a product and refuse to give the information to someone who is specifically asking. I was 99% going to join, as it is a mile from our home. Now there is no way I would even consider it after the way I was treated. I felt that I was talked down to and mocked for asking price. Understanding that it is not inexpensive, you should not be so ashamed of the amount, that you don't even know how to respectfully answer the simple question.
