Words cannot describe how amazing Sharon is! She is so full of positive energy, makes you feel comfortable if you're a beginner and can teach you all kinds of things if you're more advanced. Her studio is a perfect size great atmosphere and lighting. I truly cannot say enough great things about my time with Sharon. I go for both beginner yoga and stretch sessions and it's made a huge difference in my coordination and just how my body feels doing daily activities and chores.

I am new to the Clearwater area and have searched for somewhere to practice yoga for a year.....and then I was led to Sharon and new I had found the right place!! She is an amazing yoga instructor and such a kind and loving person. She has taught me so much and I truly love being a part of her class.

If you are intimidated by more intense yoga and stretching, you will not have any worries with Sharon. My flexibility is limited and she doesn’t just show you the stretches, but puts you into them and adjusts you with mad skill! By the time it’s over, I have been more deeply stretched then ever possible on my own and it feels amazing. Like you will literally feel high when you are driving home. It feels that good and i’m confident that Sharon is the best for you no matter what your situation is. Whether you want to do yoga, exercise, or just get more flexibility she will not only help you achieve it but make you really love it!

I wish I could give this more than 5 stars. I was having some back issues, and thought I would see if Sharon could help. I found her to be thoroughly knowledgeable and professional, and she took the time and guided me through a series of moves that has made a dramatic improvement. Her skill, combined with the peaceful, upscale, tranquil setting make this the best option for anything related to Yoga in the area. In summary, quite simply - perfection.

Sharon is an amazing and instinctive teacher and offers the true heart of Yoga in each and every class. The classes are well thought out and engage all levels of yoginis. The classes allow the body , mind and spirit to stretch, energize and to let go. She addresses all aspects of the practice. Truly the best yoga class in Pinellas County!
