Katie is a great trainer! She is just what you need to get your butt in gear - with knowledge, patience and accountability. She teaches in a small group setting, so you will still get the individual attention you need to be successful. No slacking aloud!

Training with Donnie was a game changer! His cues perfected my lifts. I gained incredible strength in a short amount of time. He is both friendly and super knowledgeable. IMO essential for a trainer.

My wife and I train with Katie, highly recommended. Katie is super fun to work with & knowledgeable. I mean it's not always fun, you know of something known as "leg day"? She really believes in this, LOL!! 5 stars and more if there was an option!!
