My wife got me 5 sessions with Jim. Thought I really didn’t need them, however I was proven wrong. Jim worked on my golf exercises but more importantly showed me workouts that I can use for overall fitness. I signed up for 4 more sessions. I work out alone now but will get a tune up in a few months. He is professional and quite versed in providing exercises for your specific needs. Also, he makes it so much fun. Just do it!Don F

I’ve been going to Joe for about a year, 2 - 1/2 hour sessions a week. I have never had such a well rounded trainer. He is very attentive to form. Adjusts my workout to any problems I am having. He also shares his education and expertise, often recommending info on the computer. I have lost 15 pounds And in the best shape ever. I am 5’8 and weigh 133 lbs. thanks Joe

At Training 4 Fitness Joe and Jeff create a custom program that meets your needs in an environment that is relaxed, fun, and not intimidating. It doesn’t matter if you are in good shape looking to take it to the next level, just want to drop a few pounds, or if you can barely walk from the parking lot to the front door (not exaggerating). I have been going here for over 15 years and I have seen people of all ages and all fitness levels benefit from working with a personal trainer at Training 4 Fitness.For me there were always 2 major roadblocks to having a consistent and effective fitness routine: 1.) showing up, and 2.) creating an effective workout. Training 4 Fitness has been the answer to both of these problems.1.Accountability with a personal trainer is the only thing that keeps me on track. While I always had the best intentions, I was an expert at making excuses to skip the gym each day. But at Training 4 Fitness I know my trainer is there waiting for me at our scheduled time…so I show up no matter how busy or tired I am.2.Probably the best thing for me is that it is mindless. I just show up and Joe walks me through every minute of my session. I don’t have to think about getting the proper mix of cardio vs strength, covering all of the muscle groups, or whether I’m doing something properly/safely. They do all of that for me and every session is completely different so it is never boring. Training with Joe at Training 4 Fitness has made a huge difference in my life………as a senior citizen growing up in an era where exercising was not something that the average woman did as a daily routine. When I first started, over 1 1/2 years ago, working out 3 days a week was a chore that I did not look forward to doing. Now, I see the benefits of exercising. With Joe’s patience, knowledge of personal training and keeping me focused, there has been major improvements in my personal well-being. One significant improvement was to my bone density. I no longer need to take supplements to prevent osteoporosis. Additionally, I have increased strength, endurance and balance which are very important as one ages. I have always focused on my weight. It was always a losing battle. But with Joe’s guidance by having me stay focused on workouts and diet advice, I dropped two dress sizes.
