My twin boys having been working out there for one week. USG has become a blessing in their lives. This is the best developmental training they have ever had. Every kid in there is on their way to college. It’s not for everyone. If you want to be the best, you have to train with the best!

Absolutely the best training I've had in years, they really care about results and they make every session worth while. As a fighter you need the best ti compete at a hight level and they give you the best, from meal plans to one on one sessions. Oh and tou can't be the price for all that they offer. Great job guys!

I normally do not write reviews but i had to for such a great gym. Came to USG with my wife as a visitor from Miami, the location was near where I was doing a 3 month training program for work. I had started at a different gym in the area, owned by a famous CrossFit competitor but quickly changed my mind to join here after seeing the professionalism, friendliness, and quality of the class programming. Bryant approach to me is what not only excellent but was inspiring.

This gym has been great for me - the reason why I travel from Tampa almost every day to workout here. USG is the best place for athletes, or anyone who really wants to accomplish their fitness goals. Before I came here I did a lot of fitness but never really saw any progress until I started. Definitely worthwhile!

Great trainers, great family atmosphere. It is a blessing to have trainers to push you to the next level. Not to mention the postive mentoring given to our youth. It is rare that you find a facility with so much inspiration to your family. Could not put in words how we appreciate USG.

My summer program attended USG and had an awesome time! The staff were energetic, attentive and great with the kids. The facility was clean and well equipped. I look forward to our next trip in the summer and attending some personal sessions of my own!

I love this Gym, rather you are and athlete or just someone like me that wants to stay healthy and get fit this is where you should be. They provide really good service, and are friendly and actually show that they care about your well being. Quitting is not an option as they push you to mentally and physically reach your goals with out being over bearing. The trainer makes the workouts fun and fit your needs and capabilities. I had the pleasure of attending a birthday party that was also held at this location and it was a perfect fit for the sports themed birthday party and has a large space for the kids to play in the bounce house.

Excellent facility, fantastic trainers, and certainly a positive "you can do it" atmosphere! I felt so encouraged from all the support and extra push I received from my trainers as well as the group members I trained with! It was exactly what I needed to push through the intense work-out! I couldn't recommend a better gym, especially if you're looking for trainers who truly care about you personally as well as your fitness goals! The trainers were results oriented, kept the work-outs exciting and always encouraged me I pressed through my last set! Thanks USG!
