Beginner friendly. Thank you for a wonderful 1st reformer experience. I went early as suggested. There was ample parking. The front desk team welcomed me right away. The class instructor took the time to explain the reformer equipment and the class format. There is a whole pilates lexicon! Ha! Leveled up my vocabulary just like that. The class was a balanced full body workout. There are opportunities to challenge yourself or go easy. The results were instant for me. My abs were poppin'! I definitely felt it the next day. Thank you!

I have been with this studio since December 2014. Earlier that year I developed a back problem due to slipped disc and had to find a new way to exercise not impacting my back issue. I have been a regular member ever since! My core strength is better than ever! IMX Pilates is a safe and effective exercise program.

IM=X Pilates in Clifton is top notch! The instructors are great, the playlists are awesome. I have seen an overall improvement to my health; stress management, mood, flexibility, and strength. The atmosphere is welcoming and often comes with a healthy dose of humor. I always feel better when I leave!

I love love love IM=X!! I’ve been going for about 5 months now, and I feel like a totally new person. I’ve gotten significantly stronger and definitely see a difference in my body. It’s a fantastic low impact workout! My posture was terrible from working at a desk full time and it has totally improved. The classes are so fun, and the instructors can cater to whatever skill level you are at from beginner to advanced. Everyone at the studio is incredibly kind, and you’ll always walk out of class with a smile on your face.

I’ve been attending classes intermittently at IMX Pilates for over 8 months. I’ve noticed a major difference in my posture, flexibility & abs since starting Pilates .As a class pass member I visit multiple Pilates studios in the area. I love IMX Pilates because the instructors focus on appropriate technique and protecting the spine throughout the whole class. I highly recommend trying out this studio.

A year ago I was curious to give pilates a try -- I started at a well known chain and immediately fell in love but the workouts did get stale very quickly. I switched over to IMX and it was the best decision I've made. Each class gets tailored to the attendees so you might try something new each time you visit. The instructors have to be my favorite part. You will feel like you're part of a little community. My favorite instructor, Carrie, has great taste in music and is very passionate about pilates and it shows. I recommend IMX to everyone!

I’m so glad I found this Pilates studio. I have been practicing Pilates for over 10 years, and when I found out I was pregnant I wanted to make sure I was going somewhere with small group class sizes and excellent instructors. IMX has delivered just that. The instructors are very hands on, promoting correct form and giving lots of options for different levels of difficulty and modifications to serve the needs of the class. I’ve been going to IMX weekly all the way through my 9th month of pregnancy which has been great to maintain strength, a routine and good breathing practice. Lastly, the community of people that attend classes here are very welcoming, supportive and the classes are fun. I look forward to coming back postpartum.
