Today was my 3rd time going to IM=X pilates in clifton and I’m always impressed by the class plan created by the instructors. The space is very clean and the vibes are great. It has turned into my to go workout on the weekends.

I took pilates by a strike of chance and since then I am grateful I found this studio. My body posture has vastly improved, and my body feels refreshed. Initially, it took me a while to get into the swing of things, but I was able to because of the instructors patience and thorough knowledge. Instructors design workout routines that feel new and engaging (so much so that class flies by before you realize it). All the while, they inform you of how the exercise pertains to your body and the importance connecting breath with movement. It is not an exaggeration when I say that IMX provided me with a new lense regarding self care, exercise, and mindfulness.

Everything about this studio is exceptional. Dr. Magwood, Carrie and th3 rest of the team are welcoming, positive, knowledgeable and all-around genuinely lovely people. I've been a member for 3 months now and I can say it has tremendously improved my physical and mental health.Without a doubt I'd recommend you join!

My review is overdue, and selfishly want to keep this studio to myself but I cannot stress enough how much I have grown to love Pilates and the IMX Clifton staff. I started going once a week while attending OTF and quickly realized which was better suited for me. In the last 3/4 months, I started attending 3-4x a week. I feel stronger and healthier since making the switch and noticed that I have begun to lose inches all around my body. Thank you, IMX Clifton!

I’m not going to lie, most workouts become stale and you plateau and quit. If it’s the same thing everyday it gets boring and you don’t build onto your muscles. I’ve done everything from kickboxing, CrossFit, etc. so I can vouch for this. but the fact that the instructors work very hard to incorporate uniqueness into the usual routine is what keeps me a forever client. Every instructor works exceptionally hard to get to know their classes and see what challenges and motivates people. Their dedication and creativity is what keeps me and others so excited to show up every morning. Special shout out to Taylor, Jocelyn, Dorothy and Carrie for keeping us on our toes (pun intended) and keeping classes anything but boring. Please stay at the studio forever, our bodies and health won’t be the same without you!! And thanks Magwood for hiring the most amazing staff to keep tough critics motivated, challenged and happy!

After taking my first pilates class I understood why people love it so much. It is truly amazing. I chose this studio because it was small and from the moment I stepped in I felt welcomed. People know each other by name and you feel a sense of community. The instructors at IMX know how to make classes engaging, will walk you through each workout and, ensure you have proper form. They will modify the workout for you no matter what your experience level and will make sure you have a good time along the way. Thank you IMX!

I am so happy I joined. I started out for 30 days and feel so great I am in for another 6 months. The instructions are fantastic. Knowledgeable, always readily available watching out for each of us during each class. My aches are gone! I have lost inches and feel great. Definitely worth the investment. Thank you Carrie for making me feel welcomed and thank you to all of the IMX Pilates ! They Are all great ! Oh and I forgot to mention , I am going to be 70 in a fewMonths. So it’s really never too late to start. I only wish I had joined sooner .

The BEST pilates location I’ve ever been to. It’s challenging, fun, and a lot less intimidating than you would think. I can genuinely see an improvement in my posture, flexibility, and core strength. Ive tried so many different ways of working out and this is the one of the few things I’ve been able to stay consistent at because I enjoy it that much. If you get the chance to book with Carrie PLEASE DO!!! She puts you to work and it doesn’t hurt that her music choices are top tier ;)

All the instructors are amazing-something different to challenge your body every class! Plus owners Sam and Oscar are amazing! Best Pilates studio around-a true hidden gem!
