I needed a place to get a good workout while in Fresno/Clovis. This place did not disappoint. Very welcoming front desk and teacher. Intense and fun class. Highly recommend.

I used to love this place, but customer service is poor. No one pics up the phone, no one responds to email, they have charged my card INAPPROPRIATELY TWICE and I cannot reach anyone. I called Fresno cycle bar and they said they would call me back, but that was 4 hours ago. I have had to cancel my card because of their ineptitude towards customers. I really hope you guys go back to how you were. This was truly aggravating and disappointing

DO NOT GO HERE. THE GENERAL MANAGER LINDSEY IS NOT HELPFUL. Be aware: of the 30-day cancelation policy they have. If you don't give a month's notice, like an apartment, they will charge you an extra $169 - and say it's in 'fine print'. I've lived in Fresno for 25 years, was a CycleBar fan before experiencing this, and even brought my parents into this location (which were also about to become members). The Staff was very rude, especially the General Manager, Lindsey. It sucks we only have this CycleBar place to rely on in Fresno, I'd rather get a Peloton! Save yourself, go to a nearby SoulCycle :) Much kinder, nicer, and peaceful. Changed my life for the GOOD!

Wow what a great workout . Attended the Hip-Hop themed class. Tons of enegry and awesome music. Can't wait for my next class.
