Wow!! What an amazing gym. Vincent is such a knowledgeable trainer. He really cares about you and your personal progress. The consultant was great. He walked through the whole program he had developed for me personally. He is there for every workout. He is great at finding alternate exercises if one is uncomfortable for you to do. (I have some back issues, and he modifies the exercise I'm doing, but it still has the same intensity. It's awesome! I've made so much progress in 7 weeks. I would definitely recommend it if you are serious about getting in shape. His other trainer Mina is also fantastic! She is kind and always helpful. She makes sure I'm giving my best effort during my workouts.

Coach V does a great job of motivating you and putting together a workout plan to help meet your fitness goals. I have been working out with Coach V for over two years and was able to lose 40 pounds over 8 months. He will work with you on setting short and long term goals to help keep you on track and motivated along the way. After a primary goal of weight loss, we changed up my plan to focus on improving strength and flexibility for my golf game. I would highly recommend working with Coach V at Feel Good Fitness to reach your fitness goals big and small.

I’ve been with coach V for 6 months now and this is the longest I’ve ever been committed to my fitness. In those 6 months I’ve lost 20+ pounds, all of my clothes are big on me, and I’m finally able to wear the pieces of clothing I refused to get rid of despite not being able to wear them these past couple of years. Coach V is nothing but supportive, and is always looking out for your best interests. I’ve recommended him to everyone I know, and I can’t wait to see my progress in the next 6 months!

I’ve been going to Feel Good Fitness for about a month and I’ve already seen and felt a huge difference in my mood, energy and how my body looks and moves. Vince coaches with a kind and patient demeanor and is incredibly relatable. His own weight loss journey gives him a unique perspective and empathy for his clients that are starting their own journeys. Vince is also extremely attentive and knowledgeable. He makes sure that any new movement he introduces is done correctly and that your body always feels okay.Vince has also done an amazing job at creating and fostering a great gym environment and community that allows his clients to feel strong, empowered, and comfortable. All of the other clients I’ve had the pleasure of working out with have been open, friendly, and supportive.If you are in a place right now where you don’t know where to start or if you’ve tried to start a million times and always seemed to fail, I highly suggest reaching out to Vince and just have a conversation with him and see what your process may look like. Vince develops different programs for each of his clients and adapts it to their bodies and capabilities. OR if you are in a place where everything feels overwhelming, with Vince, he’ll worry about your progress and how to get you to where you want to be.
