I enjoyed all locations due to the convenience of daycare. However, I had to cancel my membership due to daycare closures during COVID (understandable), but here we are three years later and still not open. I feel these businesses are still using COVID as an excuse.Do they want people to reach their fitness/health goals or collect just $$

The worst possible customer service, I’m being penalized because one of their associates didn’t put my freeze through months ago. They’ve continued to charge a bank account that was closed due to Covid since things have reopened which has given me a size-able balance. Now I must go and find my freeze request copy that I’m sure I do not have any longer considering it was nearly a year ago.I was irate when I was told that the only way to relinquish the balance on my account was to provide a copy of a form I filled out nearly a year ago.Had I known that this establishment was completely irresponsible and careless I would have laminated my request for freezing my account during a pandemic.Useless, heartless, swindlers — thanks for nothing.

Cancelled my membership before I was set to be charged for another month, and my cancellation was not processed in time, so they charged me for another month again! I called and spoke with Jennifer and she basically told me too bad, that it was in my contract that I had to cancel and leave enough time for them to process it. What an absolute joke. I don’t even live in the state any more and I’m still being charged. The manager, Christine, told me that it would be no problem, and that if I was charged, they would refund it no problem, but upon calling corporate, Jennifer was insanely rude and basically told me there was no way I was getting a refund. So glad to have left this rude, crowded, filthy gym behind.

They sure will take your $$$, but come upon a hardship and the response is "we have no way to refund your money." Really??? No way??? Another greedy corporate group out to cash in anyway they can. No respect for customer service.

Needed some help with a few questions and the staff at Gb3 Corporate Office were polite and very helpful! I was originally going to speak with one of the Gym managers who felt my request would better be answered by corporate. She referred me to the office and I'm glad she did.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I've been a long term customer. I had an emergency, I called to freeze my account, and I was assured my account would be frozen. Months go by no charges on my account. Then the month of October comes, behold astronomical charges on my account. I called Corporate, the associate was rude, I decided for the sake of my time to Hang up. I called again and spoke to someone different. I told them my situation and asked for them to remove my debit card. I don't trust them, I'm going to have a new card sent to me by my bank. I asked them to cancel the charge for October (today is the 1st of October). They said they couldn't , how could they charge me for a service I didn't want, and I'm obviously not going to use. My account should have been frozen a long time ago.

The only location I really dislike is the one on kings canyon and fowler. Not because of the layout or staff but mostly because of the members there. Now as much as I enjoy the milburn gym, I can't tolerate how "Sean" manages it. Rude and unprofessional. He talks to certain members in a very condescending manner and completely lacks tact. I saw him check someone for being too loud while deadlifting only to see him and his buddy doing supersets and his buddy just slamming and dropping everything. Sometimes I'd see Sean just sitting on a machine playing on his phone. Just hogging up the machine for way too long. I don't care if you're a guest, member, staff or manager...go play on your phone else where!

The facilities at the Herdon and Milburn location are nice but the customer service, particularly with the lead membership agent, Sean, is unprofessional, antagonizing, and just plain rude. Regrettably, this is not an isolated occurance for this employee. I can attest to at least 4 different negative occurrences (with 3 different people). His flipant attitude really is conduct unbecoming a professional. I hope that his rapport (or lack thereof) is a addressed sooner rather than later.

I like that the Gym (Clovis) is quite large and that the offer several classes.I have problems, however, taking those classes, because the volume of the music they play is sooo loud, that it hurts my ears. I just wonder (a) isn't any regulation regarding how loud these places can play music? (b) how long would it take for those attending regularly and for those offering classes to have a serious hearing impairment issue??I wish they have boxes to place suggestions (and certainly review them).Lou music IS my main complain.

Young princesses that are high school students check you in and sit with dazed and blank personalities . Hopefully they appreciate their job because I would not hire them. The sunglasses wearing texting boyfriends and otherwise wasting time gazing into the air type. Place has lots of older grunts who have no idea how to use the equipment. My wife likes the classes but I now just hit the weights when a spot is available. Very crowded and more a social scene with the younger college kids. Not many serious athletes and rude staff. Kids might like it- but not a place for adults. Golds was better.
