By far some of the sweetest people you’ll ever meet! They make you feel comfortable right off the bat. I suffer from chronic back/hip pain from previous injuries 8 years ago. Went through almost a year of physical therapy and within 4 sessions of hot yoga my back/hip feels so loose and relaxed after! Highly recommend to anyone who has chronic pain!!

Hotworx is an amazing workout! It truly makes your day better. I try to go every morning and it’s crazy but I can really tell a difference in how I feel when I miss. So many different options and combos you can do to change up your work out! Once you join you have 24 hour availability to fit it into your day! Check it out, you won’t regret it!

Love this place! Hot yoga, pilates, cycle and much more. Clean establishment, friendly people and beats any price for this type of workout in town. Definitely worth it, Oh and it's 24 hours!

Virtual instructors for bike, yoga, pilates and more for quick 15 min workouts. Saunas with bikes are small, but they get hot, and they’re clean. There’s a small free weight area. Not sure that I’ll sign up because a contract is required and cost is a little high for my price range. Staff are friendly. Worth checking out.

I highly recommend HOTWORX Willow Station!!! The staff (ALL of them) are amazing! They are so welcoming and available to their members. If you have a question or concern, you get answers immediately, and if they don’t know, they find out and forward the information quickly.The workouts are just as amazing! Being able to get a solid workout in in a shorter period of time, while burning an insane amount of calories is unbelievable!I leave HOTWORX feeling refreshed and with a renewed energy every single time! My confidence has increased and I just feel good! I feel happy and accomplished! I visibly notice my body changing and I can feel myself getting stronger every day. And my energy levels have not been this high in years!Try a class… you will not be sorry!!!
