The funny thing is OTF is fun at the end of the session, you feel fulfilled after a good session. I have never disliked a session and results are great too.

The classes are well structured. You get a full body workout every time you go to a class. I personally like starting on the rower to get warmed up and then doing weights, finishing off with the treadmill.

Orangetheory is an amazing workout. Even when I'm tired, it gets me pumped up, because it's always different. I've gotten in much better shape and my heart rate recovery has improved quite a bit. It's very motivating, and the coaches are amazing.

I was incredibly impressed after my very first visit at Orange Theory. I was told to arrive 30 minutes early, and they used every one of those minutes to make me feel comfortable before the workout. The receptionist got me set up with the heart monitor and showed me around the gym, and the coach personally explained the workout to me one-on-one before the class started. I loved that the class was fast paced and high energy. It made the hour fly by, and I left feeling energized. I also LOVE that you can see your progress on the screen as you workout! It's such a great motivator! I signed up for unlimited monthly classes the same day, and I am so excited to see how Orange Theory will help me reach my health and fitness goals.

LOVE OTF Clovis! The staff and trainers are awesome. The workouts are well balanced between strength and endurance. I love that I am now very in tune with my body and heart rate response with different exercise!

Orangetheory has great workouts that are challenging but keep you coming back for more. The workouts vary from strength, power, and endurance. The coaches are awesome and keep you motivated through out the workout. If you haven't tried Orangetheory, you should! First class is free!

Love Orange Theory Clovis! Great coaches, friendly staff, varied workouts. Love the full 60 minute workout session and enjoy the split of 30 minute cardio and 30 minute weight floor. Perfect variations of power days, endurance days and strength days. Really works all components and helps me make my strengths stronger and makes my weaknesses become less of a weaknesses with each class.

Best gym ever!The front desk staff is amazing. Thomas, Chelsie, & Katie will greet you with a friendly smile, helpful service, and up-to-date information at every visit.Their coaches are knowledgeable, energetic, & supportive. They encourage you just when you need it and correct your form to help you get the best out of your work out. I've taken classes with Kate, Sarah, James, Frankie, & Lori (to name a few) they all bring they're own level of expertise that will keep you motivated to keep going back for more.It's an awesome one-hour workout and each day is something different... never the same monotonous workout. I also absolutely love that a monitor tracks my progress through the workout. It helps me pace myself. It's super cool to see everyone work at they're own level of intensity. The atmosphere is upbeat and members often give each other high-fives/knuckles midway to let each other know they're doing a great job, keep each other focused, and help one another get through the workout.You can also try a class for free.
