It is the worst place ever to sign up for a gym membership. The place is not sanitized, there is no hot water to shower, and there is poor service. U.E. I do not believe that they complied with the regulation. Someone needs to. Stopped by to inspect them..

Where’s the seat covers in ALL the bathroom stall?? If am paying a month fee along with a yearly fee to use your bathroom why is that not in stock???Some gym equipment is down along with the self serve water bottle refill/drinking fountain.If I return back and things are in the same condition I will consider a new gym home.Thank you!

I was able to get back in shape at this gym. It’s simple and has everything you need to get fit. Janessa and Karen at the front desk are so helpful and friendly. I appreciate Planet Fitness.

I really think this is a great gym, I like the manager and the workers, and it stays pretty clean. But MAN do I wish they were either 24/7 hours again or opened up a little earlier on the weekends, like 6am. It makes it hard to fit in weekend workouts for my schedule. I've actually considered doing something I never thought I'd do... going back to GB3!Update: I still enjoy this gym, but I unfortunately have one other complaint about it. PLEASE figure out the opening shift situation. Seems like once every 2 or 3 months people are left waiting for the opener for over 30 minutes. This past Monday it was an hour and a half after the gym was supposed to be open and they still weren't there. Assign 2 key carriers to open, call people the night before to remind them... Something please! But still once you get inside, this gym is great.

For my short time at this gym, I can honestly say that the employees are the best part of the establishment. Amazing customer service at first sight to the end, however the work ethic/management needs a little bit of work. In my experience the massage beds had an odor that was less than appealing. However, would definitely visit back for sure.Have a blessed day.

They messed up closing my account. Continued to charge me. Stopped it through my bank. Then they charged a credit card from my closed account that was used to purchase water. Never attached to my account. Wouldn’t give them any credit card information. This place is fraudulent, can’t trust them with your credit info.

Its been only a few days to be in this area and wanted to check this location out before decide which gym to enroll. The atmosphere was nice, clean. Gym manager also seems nice, friendly and kind. I worked out yesterday as free trial and also asked job openings as Ussf soccer coach & Issa Master Personal Trainer. Emailed my resume, no response. No even a call either if I like the gym, enroll the club or how was my experience for free trial.I stopped by today because The manager told me there's a job interviews and was going to start my membership at this location. But after waited for 40 mins, the hiring manager, even if she knew im waiting over there, she just sent the receptionist to tell me she doesn't have time for the interview. I can understand she's busy or no time after the interviews but just tell yourself and say hi at least thanks for interesting the club opportunities, it takes a few seconds instead of sending someone. You present the brand " planet fitness " .Anyway it made me feel so uncomfortable so i just started my membership at crunch in same location.

It’s a really good place to workout. And the staff are friendly and responsable. 9/10. I would just change the radio and but more heavy metal on and less pop 🤘🏼🤘🏼🤘🏼 …

These people are the BEST. Friendly, helpful and encouraging. And they recognize me by first name every time I enter to workout. Walter and Angie are employees any company would be proud to have on staff!Thank you for a great Gym experience!!!Patrick Walker

This is my favorite gym to go to. They have plenty of different equipment, so you can try a little bit of everything. This place is also pretty clean, which is a plus. Also, the staff is very friendly and helpful. The staff and the various gym equipment they have here, is why I like it here the most. I'm also, always able to use the total body enhancement and the Hydromassage after my workouts. I definitely would recommend. And they have good AC, so in the hot heat it's very nice to come into. (Other PF I been to... felt like a sauna just walking in there)
