I started working out here in April 2017, within 4 months not only did I lose 30lbs with their diet and work out program but my flabby mom body started building muscle and firming up! This is the BEST workout I have ever done and that shows the most improvement in the shortest amount of time! Whether you are 300 lbs or 100 lbs, everyone can do this workout at their own pace.

I just want to say how grateful I am for this program. I have been with this program off and on for almost 2 years and it's amazing how much the classes have grown. This program is not for the weak but for the determined. You will need to be ready for anything because everyday is different. You will hurt and it will be hard to sit on a toilet at the beginning lol. Everyday I go I think, am I going to be able to get through this very short 30 minutes? YES!!!I started on my weight loss adventure 3 years ago and after a year i lost about 30lbs with a pretty strict diet but I just felt stuck there. I couldn't loss anymore weight and I didn't have any energy whatsoever. I started to look into possibly joining a gym and/or seeing what other options I have. I came across this program on Facebook so I signed up determined for change; a more stronger and healthier me is what I was out for. I have lost an additional 40lbs since I started. I'm still that Mom that enjoys a cupcake or 5 but I know that come 5:30am Nick is going to push me as hard as I can go and I love it.

I'm not one to do much reviews, but it took me quite some motivation to get out and do the Bootcamp routine. After 4 months + I feel stronger and more fit than ever. Even lost 20lbs and look great. All the coaches are great,especially coach Nick he keeps everyone motivated and gives us pointers throughout the session. Some days we're totally worn out but it's worth it.Always bringing something new as a challenge and Free days brings in a great crowd, new people signing up all the time . I will be going here to keep reaching my fitness goals and feeling great. Thanks Push Bootcamps!!

I’ve been coming here since October 2016 and I don’t plan on ever leaving! I started off doing 3-days a week then upgraded to 5 days a week a few months later. I’ve tried regular gym memberships but nothing ever really worked. I lost 20lbs in a year working out with Nick @ Push. Nick motivates you and pushes you to reach your goals and potential. He genuinely cares about what your personal goals are and helps you knock them out! The atmosphere is great. Be ready to make some lifelong friends while getting in great shape at the same time!
