I started going to BCS Fitness because I knew 1 friend there and I thrive in smaller groups of people. I loved my first session & was hooked. The trainers get to know you personally and they are happy to modify for any issues you are having. The amazing thing is they remember class after class that you have a bad shoulder, knee etc. so each workout can be modified for your abilities. They are kind but push you to be your best. I am thankful that I followed my friend into this small group personal training atmosphere. I have been going consistently for 2 years. Come give it a try!

I have been very pleased by my first year at this gym. I go twice a week and have seen significant health and strength improvements. The length and pace of the workouts have proven manageable for me, and I've been far more successful keeping this routine than any other gym or class I've ever tried.

I am so thankful for BCS Fitness! When I first started earlier this year, I had little to no knowledge on working out, and what workouts and equipment were for me, or even how to use them. I love BCS fitness. The coaches are all knowledgeableand professional. They design the workouts to fit you and encourage progress. I have been going for one and one-half years and the private trainer classes have been extremely beneficial.

My husband and I have really enjoyed going to BCS Fitness. Brad has been a great coach for us working on increasing our strength and issues beneficial for seniors our age. We love the one on one coaching and he always makes sure we are doing the exercises correctly to derive the most benefit. We highly recommend BCS.

I have loved working out at the BCS South studio the past two years. The workouts are only 30 minutes but very effective and always different. The trainers are awesome and make it fun. They really went the extra mile for me this year while I was recovering from a major knee surgery. Not only did they customize my workouts but they talked with my PT so they knew what I needed to be focusing on. They encouraged me through the hard and were so excited to see me improve. Another really awesome bonus is the friends I’ve made in the small groups. I look forward to seeing them weekly! If you are looking for a great workout, with a great team, in a super clean studio (didn’t mention that!), this is your place!
