First time at Row House. Had a great workout with Laura coaching this morning. She’s awesome at motivating the room. Wasn’t expecting my glutes to get as much of a burn as they did. It truly is a full body workout that also doubles as cardio.

I started coming to this location right when they opened and was part of the first few members. I fell in love with it from the start! The staff is outstanding and they strive to offer the best for their customers. I love the sense of community they have built. I am no longer living in the area but everytime I am in town I stop by for a workout!

Hands down, best choice I’ve made training at Rowhouse. VERY friendly crew who makes me actually want to go workout. It's a lot of fun to ROW with Kasey, the lead coach, and she's amazing at motivating you to work hard for your goals! I look forward to walking through the doors and always feel amazing when I leave.
