My boyfriend and I were very excited to find a workout that we could do together. The workout itself is hit or miss. Our free trial class was with an instructor who was very easy to understand and who kept to the rhythm of the music. I felt like she kept our heart rates up and helped instruct us how to properly engage our back muscles. However, once we signed up, we found that the other instructors were not as good at keeping the beat (which is one of the reasons I liked the workout so much). One instructor would also yell what I assume was "rowing terminology," but with no explanation, it just detracted from the workout. You also have an expectation to row together, and a couples times, it was a little frustrating to feel like I was forced to row at a pace that was wayyy too slow.My other complaint is that it was difficult to snag a class time (or class instructor) I wanted because all the evening time slots would fill up quickly, and I did not have a consistent schedule that would allow me to book well in advance.Overall, it was a fun thing to try, and it might be good for early birds who don't have to compete for evening slots. But BEWARE-- you will hear from this company for the rest of eternity if you provide them with your telephone number. I brought a friend to try out the class, and while she loved the workout, she was so turned off that they would not leave her alone that she decided against signing up.

Row House is a great place to work out. The coaches are fantastic, they take their time to make you feel welcome, show you how the erg works if you’ve never rowed before, and give great feedback. Classes are fast paced but you make it the way you want…the harder you work, the better your workout. I like that each class is different even if it is the same type class. You must give it a try!!

Michelle is such a sweet and energetic young lady. She has been so encouraging and supportive as I am new to rowing. She explained what I needed to do and has been patient while I find my stroke rhythm. Their app makes it so easy to schedule a class and help to tack your distance. If you are looking for a low impact workout to help get into shape or improve your cardio this is a great place to start! Ask for Michelle and tell her I sent you! 😃

I wanted to get back into working out in March. I was looking for something low impact that would still get me cardio. I found it. This place is awesome! Everyone is so supportive and welcoming! You walk in and they greet you by name. They get to know you as a person and not just a client. The coaches are knowledgeable. You become a part of the rowing community quickly and that makes it easy to keep coming back!

People ask me if i ever get tired of rowing. A resounding “No!” I’m a charter member and (except during covid) have shown up 3-4 times each week. My weight is down, my strength and stamina is up. I love all the coaches. Michelle is amazing and very helpful and encouraging to everyone. I love seeing the younger elementary kids all the way up to adult seniors who show up faithfully. A short 45 minutes and a full body workout is completed! Thanks Row Crew for caring about each and every person who walks in to row. ❤️

Sooo fun! The coaches are awesome, encouraging, and push you to do your best. First class was something I never experienced before, and would do again! Love how it’s not too hard on your body/joints, but still an amazing, effective workout. I really recommend. <3

Friend and instructor, Kasey, recommended I try a class. With a background in fitness, but no experience in rowing, I had to give it a try. Their signature class was a combination of cardio and weights perfect for an all over body burn! I was also pleased to see traditional yoga stretches properly used at the end of class. Not only is this class amazing, but a multitude of work out styles are offered so there is something for everybody. All that being said, what most impressed me was not the class itself, but the facility, staff, and culture of the operation! The owner, coaches, and participants were all welcoming, encouraging, and prioritized education and technique. Once again, could not be more impressed with this operation and will be highly recommending it to all of my friends in the community!

Wonderful place! I always hated gyms but this is the first place that made me passionate about exercising. I’m a cyclist and hate running so I was looking for place that would help me strengthen my upper body and the Row House was a perfect place for that goal. All coaches are great, the app works perfect, they are very flexible and understanding when you need some more time to use your credits or freeze your account temporarily. They are never pushy. Like I said all the coaches are great but Michelle is a whole new level. You will definitely love it if you try here!

I had no clue what I was walking Into. Was a bit nervous but the front desk and coach Kasey made me feel relaxed and prepared. I really enjoyed that coach kasey took her time before the class started to show me proper form. The class itself …
