Overall the establishment is clean, well designed and very friendly. Lupita is an amazing manager. She not only always has a smile but if repairs are needed she will make it happen!Today, I slipped and fell on the weight rack cutting my thumb and bleeding like a stuck pig. She spent at least a half hour getting antibiotic applied and bandaging it up. I am 84 and rehabbing my back from breaks in 2021 and 2022.I have some outstanding workout buddies that make it a very friendly environment. This is definitely worth a five star rating!

I love this location! It is super close and convenient to my house and I have never had any trouble. All the employees are super friendly and make it feel like home. They all do their job perfect and make sure the place is clean. There is the perfect amount of room and machines. Keep it up!

Nacho was extrememly helpful in getting me started with my membership. He was very respectful and made me feel very comfortable for my first time starting at a gym!
