The availability of classes is my very favorite part. The variety of classes and instructors is wonderful. The professionalism and knowledge base of instructors. The welcoming, friendly, and supportive environment were important to me when I was nervous about attending different levels of classes. I really enjoy classes in Studio 2 classroom, especially the candlelight C2 class. I loved my week of classes! I even brought my 14 year old son to one with me. Thank you!

I really like that they give you a free week and do not hassle you to sign up after. 👍🏽I really enjoyed the Core Power Yoga 2 class as it was the perfect temperature and exactly what I was looking for- a peaceful & mindful workout.I have 3 stars because I think the price point (membership or class packages) is very over priced. This isn’t a studio you can go to once or twice a week.

It is with regret that I now rate CPY as 2 star. I was a member of this studio for several years. I did my teacher training here. I have lots of reasons to be fond of these folks. In fact, I moved 1,400 miles to come to Colorado in part so that I could attend this studio and take yoga teacher training here.To say that did not go well would be a huge understatement. I attended the teacher training to great acclaim. I was consistently told by all of the instructors to go for the additional Extensions class (at yet another several months and hundreds of dollars). At the graduation ceremony for that class, I was encouraged to apply for a position as an instructor with this studio, which I immediately did. I waited an entire year for a response to that application. Eventually, I approached the director of this studio, Sara Rainey, as to why I never received a response to my application. She refused to answer the question.Eventually, I watched each and every graduate of this class get auditioned. Not me though. Now, to be perfectly honest, I do not have any idea of why CPY didn't audition me. It's mysterious. Obviously, they broke a promise when they did that. However, I have a theory. I was more than 30 years older than any of the other participants in the class. I'm also disabled. I have severe arthritis. The only reason that I am not presently in a wheelchair, is because I have been practicing yoga pretty much every day for the last 16 years. My hunch is that CPY engaged in rank ageism and healthism in their decision not to audition me. Obviously, that would constitute age discrimination, as well as discrimination against the disabled. Remember that CPY has stubbornly refused to tell me why they wouldn't audition me. That certainly indicates that that reason is not one that they are proud of.Could I successfully teach yoga? Yes I suspect so. I taught thousands of classes in commercial gyms during the 80s and 90s. I was an AFAA and IDEA certified exercise trainer. I taught cardio, bench, aqua, you name it.My ask to readers of this review is simple: Don't use CPY. There are lots of alternatives. And these folks are jerks. If you care about discrimination against the disabled and elderly, then please avoid these guys.
