I was visiting my daughter in Co Springs for the holidays and had the chance to attend multiple classes at CPY. They were superb...I had a great experience. Sarah was fabulous at making sure I had all the information needed. She is a wonderful representative for CPY. Thanks much to all on the CPY team!

Amazing that an instructor there claims to have been a "borderline anorexic swimsuit model" and is now an ambassador for Lululemon!! Stay classy and Namaste.

I'm a cardio junkie, so yoga was never something I was interested in - until I came down with a case of "over use" from running. My doctor suggested I try hot yoga to help stretch, so I tried out CorePower, and I fell in love! Their staff is knowledgeable and friendly, and their sculpt class would be a challenge for even the fittest gym rat. I've recommended CorePower to people of all fitness ranges, and have never received any negative feedback - they are awesome!
