The workouts are solid. I am unable to use the app because I lack the recommended equipment. I have other family members using CrossFit Endemic and they love it. If you cannot get ahold of them via phone, they are quick to respond to emails.

The greatest of memories and WODs happen here. Do not hesitate to check this wonderful gym out. Also, so close to base but great for military and non-military alike.

Dropped in for a few workouts the past few weeks. Enjoyed everyday there. Great community and coaches. I will definitely be back if in the area again.
