Edit: You’re absolutely right I did get there around 1240pm, 10 minutes after class ending. And it was every 2 days for responses not 3+.As far joining in for a class I cannot since I have a toddler with me. Which I asked about in the fb messenger for clarification along with letting them know the phone just rings and got a “Thanks Leslie”: I even tried several times during the day, and never had luck of ANYONE answering the phone.Even if I didn’t join an actual class the customer service I received wasn’t pleasant, and absolutely valid regardless of joining a class. You’re already generating impressions before anyone even walks into the box to try an actual class.Again this review is based on trying to even get info on this box. I’m sure their clases are amazing.I was so bummed by the customer service skills of this gym. I've been looking for a gym and I drove up here at 1230pm (tried calling before but no surprise no answer). I figured someone would be there since the schedule says the class is at 1130am. To my disappointment they were closed, fb messenger took 3+ days to even get a response. The phone just rings, rings, rings, and rings. I could barely get information on this gym. I am so bummed because they're so close to my home. Luckily I found an open, and available gym. Like I told the person on fb please check your phone line it just rings, rings, and rings.

Was invited to drop in at CrossFit Endemic while I was traveling for work. They did not disappoint!! I absolutely love the CrossFit community and the support! They made me feel welcomed and like I was one of their own! Thank you so much for having me!!

I really want to take time to say that CF Endemic is an amazing place to either start your CF lifestyle or continue to grow as a crossfitter. The owner is so welcoming and the staff is AWESOME. Your body will be challenged everyday and you will feel as part of a team by everyone. Definitely the BEST in COS!!

They program workouts from hell, and I mean that in the best way possible. I have never worked out there more than 2 days in a row without being sore as heck by the second day. Very challenging workouts, phenomenal coaches, and a great environment to workout in!

I started at CrossFit Endemic to prepare for one of the Army Selection Courses, but I stayed for the coaches and community. The coaches here are extremely knowledgeable and have bring plenty of experience to each class. Their daily programming will you leave you in a puddle of your own sweat and tears, but you’ll know you gave your all.The community here is amazing. Whether you consistently attend a specific time each day, or show up randomly, there are always smiles and motivation (especially the 0500 crew, those people are crazy). There were several different events year round that brought everyone together (exception for this year due to COVID, but this gym handled that really well too). The owner is extremely invested in the community and it shows daily.I absolutely recommend this gym to anyone in the Springs area looking for solid coaching and a warm community.
