We found this amazing place by accident looking for an Infrared Sauna treatment for my health. This was no accident because after meeting Meche and her manager Drea, we knew this was the place to go for wellness. After learning about all the things they do, we signed up for massage as well and we were using the Sauna 4 times a week. My health immediately improved, not to mention the wonderful energy that is felt every time we walk in! Drea was extraordinary! She always made everyone feel welcomed and would do everything to accommodate my strange schedule even at the last minute. WOW! If you want to go the best kept secret in Colorado Springs, for health and wellness, and the best love energy on the planet, look no further and talk with Meche. I look forward to their re-opening.

I got a massage from one of their contractors, Lacey. She is extremely knowledgeable, addressed my musculoskeletal problem effectively, and targeted my pressure points perfectly.

Lacey is a phenomenal masseuse! Very relaxing atmosphere and very thorough. Perfect pressure & very personalized! Love it there so much, I’ll definitely be a regular!

Absolutely love this place. Great atmosphere and Melinda is awesome! She offers lots of different massages, I highly recommend getting a thai massage from her! I always feel sooo relaxed after!!! Also the sauna is AMAZING!

I wanted to try the the Infrared sauna for the de-tox and anti-aging benefits. Good experience, nice atmosphere, clean, helpful and friendly. Will definitely be back soon.

I consistently come here for my skin care needs they have a wide variety of Sanitas skin care a Colorado based skin care provider. I have gone here for several series of massage and facial peels and personal training sessions.They also have a state of the art Infrared sauna that heats from within. Definitely suggest to read about then experience the health benefits of this type of sauna therapy. I have been a customer for years and dont intend on going anywhere else for my body care needs.
