I had a wonderful massage experience at Fitbody Studio with Lacey. She was sensitive to my needs and gave the right amount of pressure for me. The massage room was quiet with soft music and comfortable massage table. The reception area was clean and comfortable with lemon flavored water to refresh the clients. My experience with Meche as a trainer was also positive . She was attentive to my abilities and modified the exercise regimen accordingly. I warmly recommend this facility to refresh your muscles and strengthen your fitness . level..

Meche is awesome!!! My thoracic spine was very tight and seeing her helped tremendously with getting back to feeling more normal for the next week of training! Great location, very professional, super clean, ready to see her again soon!

Parking was extremely hard, not much available and definitely not much room for my truck which is a normal size. It's location doesn't help, they are right off of a body street next to the hospital. It was very hot, to the point of being uncomfortable inside for me personally. No A/C, just being fans. It wasn't very relaxing because there was dead silence and I could hear other people talking in other rooms, people walking by and talking outside of the facility, and lots of cars driving by and ambulances. Didn't make for a relaxing experience I was hoping to have.

EXCELLENT! Melinda is AHHhmazing! I drive from Pueblo (~60 miles) because she is top notch! Her Thai Massage is my treatment of choice!!!

I'm in town visiting my daughter and we thought experiencing an infrared sauna would be fun. Fit Body's sauna was perfect for us. Fit Body feels high end without being pretentious. Marri was helpful and friendly.

I had the pleasure to use their new infrared heated sauna which was very relaxing. I did not get to do much more, but had a quick tour and was impressed by their workout space, new equipment, and cleanliness. The staff were very friendly and proffesional. It's definitely worth a return visit.

I’ve seen Lacey a few times, most recently with a shoulder issue from all the painting I do. She is phenomenal! I have left there twice free of pain and ready for my next week of work. She is knowledgeable and a kind person. I look forward to seeing her each time I schedule an appointment.
