Great gym on base. Not multiples of machines so that's why I give it 4 stars. Lots of cardio machines, free weight section and classes. Locker rooms are clean, big sauna and lots of windows. Running paths outside and also outdoor work out area.

It is a bit crowded after work but I think it's even busier in the morning. It's a big gym and nice facility. If you have the ID to get on post it is an excellent choice.

This gym has all that a fit person would need or want, but the free weight area is very small and mostly over crowned. There are many other rooms for cardio, cycling, wall climbing, swimming, kettle bells, basketball, and trx if desired. It gets busy just after 3 or so until close, but it gets the job done. Get there and check it out to see if it fits your style of gym.

This is a very nice gym! The equipment is well maintained. I use this gym as my daily gym. That I go to at least 4 times a week. If equipment is being used that I would like to use, I usually don't have to wait more than 5 minutes to use it. The flow of traffic there is pretty steady unless you go really early I the morning or late at night.I believe the base as a whole can help to improve the time access to at least one of the gyms on post. There are a few issues they would have to resolve before making this specific gym a 24/7 gym.1. Do you give access to the gym after hours by using an access code or a scanner to scan an idea code for access through the main door.2: Have your 24-hour clients watch a safety video and sign a waiver about after hour access and the specific rules that are in place during after hours.3. Are personnel being monitored when going in and out of the facility to ensure people aren't giving access to individuals who should have access? All personnel have to scan their individual card to get access. If you let someone else in under your access code, they should lose the right to access the gym after hours.4. Are there enough CCTV cameras installed in the facility to ensure all personnel are being recording during after hours to protect all the customers attending the gym?5. Can this facility close/lock up specific areas of the facility so that no one has access to these areas for safety concerns. Such as the pool and locker rooms. You don't need to shower or potentially have areas open that don't have camera access after hours. Cameras should not be in any bathroom, of course. However, during the day, there is naturally a steady flow of traffic in lockers, which deters people from committing violent acts. After hours, there should be an individual bathroom that is accessible not an entire locker room.6. Staff is still present during the day to ensure the cleanliness of the facility.7. Staff doesn't have to be present during holidays, but at least personnel who would like to attend the gym can still have access without needing staff present.8. Will there be enough equipment access during 24-hour operations for people to attend? Enough bikes tread mills weight and so fourth.Other military installations/bases run a 24-hour gym. Why aren't MWR's passing along rule books and regulations to how their operation is ran with other installations/bases?

Good facility overall. It has all the basic equipment you need for a good workout. It hasn't changed much since the last time I was here about 10 years ago.
