When I first heard about Orange Theory, I thought of it as a cult. After my free visit I was hooked. I signed up for the unlimited classes and took off from there. The coaches keep you in check and the staff is friendly and treats you like family. Each workout is different and not the same hum drum you find at a typical gym. You can work at your own pace and ability. There are members of every age so it is not just for the young. I have seen significant results in the few months I have been a member. This has been the best workout I've experienced and there is no waiting for equipment. I would recommend Orange Theory to anyone willing to try something different.

Been working out at OTF for a couple months now and am so glad I started! I’ve taken a class from each coach and you can’t go wrong with any of them! The front desk staff is stellar and always hospitable. If you have ever considered group fitness, this is the best place for it! I’ve never been bored and am constantly challenged with new workouts. Come in for your first free class!!

I went for my free workout to try it out. Class started promptly, trainer had a mic, equipment was reserved for me so no waiting for a turn, Facility is super clean and up to date. I loved the loud music - helped to get my pump on! The trainer was very professional and helpful and gave feedback the entire time. Workout was approx. 1 hour long and I wasn't dreading it. I got my heart rate up to the targeted zones and achieved the goal where they want me to be for my age, height, weight, etc. It's fast paced. Expect to work hard and leave feeling accomplished.

Orange Theory is great! The instructors are thoughtful and fun and they know how to provide a great workout and a good time! I highly recommend joining! You’ll never do the same workout twice, which keeps it challenging and different so you never get bored! Great work Orange Theory! Thanks for the great experience time and time again!

Everyone is so nice. The front desk was helpful from the moment I called to the moment I left. The workout was awesome. I never liked running and now I really enjoy it. I also feel great after the workout. The coach was high energy and motivating. I’m excited for this to be my new OTF location.

Love the energy of this studio!! After moving to Colorado Springs from sea level ... this is the PERFECT place to get my body into gear and ready for this altitude!! The workouts are TOUGH but the coaches and other members won't let you quit. It's the push I need that you can't get working out at the gym alone. You will LOVE IT!

I've been going here for 2 and a half years. I absolutely love it! The workouts are great because it's never the same workout every day. Even though there are three types we focus on: strength, endurance, and power--no two strength workouts are the same. It's only an hour which is great because I can squeeze it in anytime throughout the day, and the coaches and staff are insanely supportive. There are set types of exercises or blocks everyone has to do, but they cater to you and your needs by offering options, like when you can't do a certain exercise because of some limitation or you want a more difficult challenge. The other members are also amazingly supportive in my journey, as well, like checking in with me or sharing their own journey. It's not advertised as a no judgement zone like some other fitness facilities, but the environment is very no judgement. A coach may push you to work harder, run a little faster, row a little harder, but they do not ever make me feel terrible for doing a little less. If I don't show up for a while or take a break but don't mention it, someone will check in with me, a coach or staff member, to see how I'm doing, which is something I really appreciate because it shows they actually care about me, unlike other gyms I've joined previously. Yes, it is a pricey membership, but it is well worth it. This is the only fitness center that has truly helped me stick to my plans and has made a huge difference. The coaches, staff, and other members have offered great support and encouragement, and they have created such a welcome and inclusive environment that I'm proud to be part of the OTF family.Edit: I'm still here, and I'm doing so much better. I'm able to jog for longer and my rowing form is so great! Thanks to all the coaches that push me.

I have been attending Orangetheory at Stetson Hills for almost a year now and absolutely love it! The coaches are fantastic! Each one is encouraging, fun, and always willing to help me when I need it. The staff at the front are also amazing, very welcoming and helpful.Orangetheory Fitness is a great workout. For the first time in my life I am finally getting in shape and seeing results like I have never seen before with any other workout I have tried. I have lost 20 pounds so far (10 to go) and even my friends have noticed the changes in my body with new muscle definition and toning. I highly recommend this place.

This is my first time ever visiting an Orange Theory Fitness gym and my experience was great! The staff members were so kind and helpful. As soon as I walked in I was greeted and immediately taken care of. The coaches here are great and the workout was awesome. I am so excited to continue my journey here at OTF and reach my fitness goals.

I spent one week trial in which I went in for 5 sessions. I was pleased when I stepped on the scale and discovered that I already lost 1.5 lb in my first week, so I decided to join. The coaches do motivate everyone to keep going and I do need this motivation. I like that every session is a mix of cardio and strength training and I like that they have late classes that I can attend after work during the week and also early weekend sessions. I also like the feeling that I belong to a community, because the staff doeslearn your name and make you feel welcome. I'm hopeful that i will be able to achieve my goals with their help.Update- after being a member for about 6 monthI am downgrading my original review from 5 stars to 3. 02-12-2018Reasons for the downgrade:1- they started enforcing a policy that if you arrive over 5 minutes late that you won't be allowed in class and you will also be charged for it. Last Friday it was snowing and I arrived 5 minutes and 30 seconds late, the manager will not allowed me to sign in. I have the premier membership which I pay 159 month for, so I already pay for unlimited classes, but I was charged an extra 12 for a late cancellation for being 30 seconds over the 5 minutes although the manager said that I won't be charged.2- if you cancel your membership you will be charged for 30 more days of whatever membership you have. It is in the fine print probably.3- They are cancelling the 8:00 pm classes.4- there is only one elliptical in the studio. If you have a knee problem and do not want to use the treadmill you have to reserve it ahead of time.
