I spent one week trial in which I went in for 5 sessions. I was pleased when I stepped on the scale and discovered that I already lost 1.5 lb in my first week, so I decided to join. The coaches do motivate everyone to keep going and I do need this motivation. I like that every session is a mix of cardio and strength training and I like that they have late classes that I can attend after work during the week and also early weekend sessions. I also like the feeling that I belong to a community, because the staff doeslearn your name and make you feel welcome. I'm hopeful that i will be able to achieve my goals with their help.Update- after being a member for about 6 monthI am downgrading my original review from 5 stars to 3. 02-12-2018Reasons for the downgrade:1- they started enforcing a policy that if you arrive over 5 minutes late that you won't be allowed in class and you will also be charged for it. Last Friday it was snowing and I arrived 5 minutes and 30 seconds late, the manager will not allowed me to sign in. I have the premier membership which I pay 159 month for, so I already pay for unlimited classes, but I was charged an extra 12 for a late cancellation for being 30 seconds over the 5 minutes although the manager said that I won't be charged.2- if you cancel your membership you will be charged for 30 more days of whatever membership you have. It is in the fine print probably.3- They are cancelling the 8:00 pm classes.4- there is only one elliptical in the studio. If you have a knee problem and do not want to use the treadmill you have to reserve it ahead of time.

I'd been intrigued by the idea of Orange Theory Fitness since living in DC, but avoided it because the idea of having my progress charted for all to see stressed me out in the hyper competitive environment of Washington. Now that I'm in Colorado, I decided to give it a try. This Orange Theory Fitness location offers one free class, which I love - I think all gyms and studios should do this considering the investment. I went on a Saturday morning and was greeted by the owner and instructor - both very nice and helpful. The equipment was nice, new, and clean. And the best part (at least to me) is that phones are not allowed in the studio.Since I work out on a regular basis, I decided not to join because 1) I develop my own HIIT workouts + have access to all the equipment in their studio (treadmill, rowing machine, bikes, weights) and 2) I would rather spend the money on barre, pole, or yoga classes. That being said, I think this would be good for someone who needs others to be motivated / give their all during a sweat session. I'll probably visit sporadically when I have guests in town.

This is my first time ever visiting an Orange Theory Fitness gym and my experience was great! The staff members were so kind and helpful. As soon as I walked in I was greeted and immediately taken care of. The coaches here are great and the workout was awesome. I am so excited to continue my journey here at OTF and reach my fitness goals.

I joined last November to supplement my trail running through the winter. Two months later I had 3 new PRs and the only thing that changed was adding Orangetheory to my routine. I started coming 2 times a week and then upgraded to unlimited because I loved it so much! The music, the people, the coaches - all make for a terrific experience!!! Every day is a completely different total-body workout. I love it!

The first day I walked into Orangetheory I was significantly overweight, depressed and lacked self confidence. I was afraid that I wouldn't fit in or be able to complete the workout. What I found was a versatile workout that meets the needs of those starting their fitness journey to those who are already fit. I found that the members, staff, and coaches are caring and motivating. I never once felt out of place or looked down upon. I have lost over 35 pounds while gaining physical strength, and self confidence. My depression is gone and has been replaced with a positive outlook on life. My husband recently joined Orangetheory and we have an awesome time working out together. I still have a long road ahead before I meet my fitness goals, but I know I will enjoy the journey with my Orangetheory family.

I love Orange Theory because the work outs are never the same, my favorite coaches are super motivating, and I've seen results. I've been a member at many gyms from big to boutique, and Orange Theory is a MUCH more inviting, friendly and community focused establishment. Members have varying body types and fitness abilities, breeding a supportive, active and gracious community that is centered on a theory of fitness that works.

Best group workout class I've ever taken! I was hooked the first time I tried it! The coaches are so motivating and fun! They truly inspire you to reach your goals not matter what they are! The staff is so friendly and helpful. They always keep you posted on the upcoming fitness events and prizes! :) I've been a member at orange theory for 2 years and I'm in the best shape of my life! LOVE OTF!!!

The workouts give structure and purpose without being repetitive. Every time I go I'm excited to see what the routine is for the strength floor, rower sets, and treadmills on that day. It is consistent in concept to be familiar and comfortable, but differs enough every time to make each visit fresh and engaging. Beyond that, the coaches are great! They will push you if /when you need it, and tell you to stop if you're going to injure yourself.Cheers to OTF!
