Edited review:At first I was mad that they do not allow food tables and coolers inside. After their thoughtful and green reply, I agree with their point of view and edit this review: the place is not only great to play volleyball, but also environmentally responsible. We came for a volleyball tournament. Nice place, wish they would separate the courts so you don't have to stop the game every few plays when stray balls are bouncing from one court to another

Freezing, no heat. Concerned about gilrs getting sick or injured from being so cold. Very restrictive facility. Rules, rules, rules, no to everything. Can't have a cooler even to store sack lunches. Can't use "community" tables, can't bring your own table. Teams camped outside. Signs everywhere. Thankfully, breathing is allowed.

Our family has been playing sports here for awhile now and love it. We have three daughters and are youngest played soccer here for a little bit but is ready to play volleyball now. Are middle daughter is in the developmental volleyball league right now and can’t wait to go every week and play, are oldest daughter plays club here for Hot Shotz and you can never get her away, and my husband and I play in the adult league on Sunday nights and really enjoy it. The facility is in good shape and they have a lot to offer. We have always enjoyed the owners. Always there to help and work with you. Would recommend this play for many sports especially for volleyball. ❤️🏐

My only experience has been with introducing sports to my little ones. As with life some good and some bad. One of the main guys working here is great; nice, polite etc. Whereas the lady at the front desk is a crotchety old hag and has zero customer service skills. From reading the reviews and “owner responses” I assume she is the one writing the responses. From the “we are awesome, you have the problem” responses to reviews it is obvious there is no willingness for improvement. Also fix your entry doors! I have seen adults and children alike struggle to open them. I believe the way they are obstructed and coned off presents a fire hazard. Anyway last season for us at this establishment.

Today was the first day I had ever been to this facility but based on my experience with the staff (specifically the lady who was running the front desk), I would not return nor would I recommend signing up for any of their programs or even coming to an event held here. The lady today was extremely rude in a situation that could have been handled by a simple request. Instead she THREATENED to write up ‘my club’ (I’m not even part of a club and was there supporting a friend’s daughter). I can only imagine how actual issues would be handled because it’s definitely not with customer service. Also, as mentioned in previous reviews, their restroom facilities are terrible. You would think the ownership would keep up with better BECAUSE so many people use the facility, as they’ve claimed in their responses to other reviews, but instead they use it as an excuse for the state of their facilities. At the very least they could change the flickering lights and the bathroom locks in the ladies room.Definitely don’t recommend this place and I am definitely not going back.

This is a good place for introducing your kids to the very basics of sports. Don't expect any serious coaching beyond which basket to shoot at or which direction to kick the soccer ball. Signs, signs, everywhere are signs. They are incredibly strict on "not walking here" "don't open this door" "don't sit in this chair" "no ball handling here"... The signs are kind of obnoxious.

My daughter plays here every once and awhile and the staff is completely rude. They were mean to children and rude to my mrs. The bathrooms are terribly dirty and parts of the walls are covered in duck tape to hold it together. I would not recommend joining a club here.

The staff who work the front desk need training in customer service. Asked for assistance when water was spilt in the volleyball area and the females response was I didn't spill it. Finally given some paper towels by a male staff member and was able to clean it.

Our family loves coming to this facility! It's like our second home. The owners are very personable and very accommodating! It's always a pleasure to speak with them! Never leave there disappointed. Always have a sense of gratification after spending time watching or participating in the sports offered there. Thanks for all you do for the guests and community!

My daughter went to volleyball camp here and the experience was worthless and a total waste of money. One lazy coach with 15 6-13 year olds. No 1on1 attention or any new skills attained. I felt bad leaving my daughter there each of the 4 mornings but we hoped it would get better each day, it did not. The facility does have nice courts and fields as advertised just no excitement or coaching passion.
