Play it Now has a beautiful remodeled volleyball facility. However, we are highly disappointed with the developmental volleyball league for 9-11 age range thus far. After several weeks in, the coaching has remained highly inconsistent. The first three weeks, the “coaches” were too busy talking and looking at their phones to coach. They would give the kids a drill to do without providing any direction on proper form, body mechanics, or other developmental skills. Many of these kids have never played volleyball and were expected to know how to complete drills and techniques without any guidance. We are now four weeks in, and I have watched the kids get yelled at for not “complying” to expectations that were never established. We are hoping our experience will improve as the season goes on.

Multiple attempts were made to reach them by phone to discuss a refund or credit for a summer camp we couldn't attend with more than a month's notice (first voicemail was left 6/3/21 & camp wasn't scheduled until 7/26/21). They have not called back and when talking with a staff member directly (6/10/21) they said that they would take a message and could not provide a policy or any details. It was interesting that I did not receive a call back more quickly, since it only took them a day to call me back when we were scheduling and paying for camp. We had prior good experiences with the summer camp program and had planned to engage with their business again in the future. However, we will be moving to summer camps and sports programs elsewhere.

We were there for a volleyball tournament. The front door woman is the rudest person I have encountered in a long time. She should never work with the public. PINS should find someone with some common decency and people skills to be the person that represents their busniness. Won't be coming back there anytime soon, if ever. I gave them one star because you can give zero stars.

We enrolled our kids in the 8 to 12-year-old football league here that lasted six weeks. Upon arrival we noticed five and six-year-olds also playing with them and our kids had to sit out half of the game so those kids had a time to play as well. our kids were very excited about the jersey that was to be included in our payment. They were bummed when it turned out to be a cheap T-shirt that shrink three sizes in the dryer. The coaches never talked once to the parents and even after ending the six weeks, there was not even a “thank you parents for bringing your kids out to play”. Will not be back and will not recommend to any of our friends.

Management was super receptive to COVID concerns I brought up, and was willing to give my group of players a refund when we changed our mind about playing there because of it. I will definitely try to give them our business in the future when it is safe to do so because of their understanding. Thank you Play it Now, that's the right way to do business! I hope to use your services soon.

We came down from Denver for girls' volleyball. There are hundreds of people supporting a dozen or so teams and they had more area blocked off than what they had available to accomodate their, "paying guests" in the waiting area in front. People are packed in like sardines and sitting and laying on the floor where they had plenty of room and chairs in the closed-off areas. I asked why they had so many areas closed off. She said, "We don't want to have to clean up everywhere." I wonder how much money they made on this tournament?

Colorado Springs needs more facilities like Play it Now Sports. Compared to some other places that my daughter has played volleyball, the temperature is well regulated given the size of the building, it is pretty clean, plenty of room for seating, staff is easy to find and very personable.

Ok facility but dark. Many light bulbs out over the courts. During the volleyball tournament, the lady who advised us we couldn't bring food into the front area for our team was pretty rude; indicated we were subject to a fine if we didn't take the food out

My kids did soccer and archery. Archery was great. The soccer team at first was mixed with 5-7 but the little kids didn’t mix well so they separated them more. Only three kids showed up the majority of the time.

I give it five stars because it is the best in town but there are some improvements that could be made. Chris the owner (and his wife) are great, but there is sometimes a staff member at the front desk who can be angry towards parents. I have walked by and witness exchanges on several occasions that were very uncomfortable. Once I tried to get a snack and the front desk member got mad at me because I only had a $20, it was very awkward (so I avoid the front desk unless the owners are there). It has also gotten very crowded, but we have tried other places and my daughter loves it here. The Pros more than make up for everything I just listed. They let my daughter play on her friends teams and most of her coaches have been high school volleyball players my daughter looks up to. Don't let the crowds scare you, my daughter has thrived there and several of her friends have made their school teams. Colorado Springs is very competitive with school volleyball so this is a great place to train. She tries out next year for her school and I will keep her at Play it Now when she is not in season. There are cons but the pros are far better than the other places in town. We tried Go Volleyball and YMCA and Play it Now has them beat.
