I am a new member in my 70's. I like the safety of the gym with only members having access with a key fob. Staff are available if you have questions about using the equipment even though I had a quick orientation when I officially signed up. Personal trainers are also available. All the equipment is top quality. Facilities are clean. Lockers for my purse are a bit tricky, because the locks are stiff and hard to turn. Love the treadmills which are easy to use and with options of viewing a walking/running path through woods or various interesting landscapes. Easy parking. Walkable to Upscale Resale thrift store and Gerbes. I was not pressured to upgrade to some of their optional programs, which I really appreciate. My membership is paid by my Medicare Advantage plan. It's never been too crowded and I go anytime it's convenient for me. I don't feel out of place because of my age.

Decent amount of equipment but have been to other any times that have had more options. A lot of cardio options though

It was my first time at the gym, but Marie was so helpful with all the process and fees that I don’t really feel nervous. Overall a good experience here! Katie was nice too!
