Nice and clean place, good staff but only a substitute staff on Thursday 9th March 2023 was very rude. She said she was by herself and asked me to step aside. She did not know how to register me. She asked me to come back and tried to help someone else.

I go to the ARC on a regular basis with my kids. My concern is in the afternoon time on the basketball courts. There is a lot of kids there. I would say middle to high schoolers. There is a lot of swearing going on amongst them while they are playing basketball. A lot of times I don’t even stay for 5 minutes with my kids. I end up returning the basketball at the front desk and leave. It is just ridiculous how much these kids are swearing.

The arc is the textbook definition of what socialists call a thrid location " a physical location other than work or home where there's little to no financial barrier to entry and where conversation is the primary activity." Very few of these locations exist in the 21st century and are slowly disappearing in metropolitan areas. Despite this the Arc remains. This is a great location to take your friends and family. Play a game of pick up basketball, or go swimming. You are sure to meet and make new friends along the way. Also check out their wide range of classes.

3rd time I waste my time following their pool lap swim schedule and they have whatever class going on without any notice. They may not respect their own time because of the job they do but I respect mine and expect that their schedule would be correct. Also asked about it to the lifeguard in charge to which I got the answer “yah, happens”

One of the workers came in all yelling at us saying weird stuff, it was 30 minutes till close, and they put up the hoops. we all went to change our shoes and she comes and yells at all of us saying we’re closed u need to leave when we are clearly getting ready to leave. very unprofessional, there were signs saying it closes at 3 and it was 2:30.absolutely horrible experience. 0.

Inquired in regard to membership, it sounded like a perfect fit for my small family. Called in advanced to see if the child care service was closed, we got off work and planned to set it up and work out following. Was told it was closed so I double checked that our 2 year old could be pushed in a stroller by his mother while I lifted weights. I was told if we stayed from 6 to 9 with a our kid it would be a problem. I was very confused because it was almost 8 and we planned on working out for only 30 minutes. The lady then told me we should only come there as a last resort and to look for a different gym. I got off the phone and it didn't sit right with me, so I called back, I asked for a manager and a guy allegedly name Kyle, said he was the manager, he laughed when I raised my concern and immediately hung up. I tried to call back to get some resolution but he continually forwarded my call and when he did answer, he told me they don't care about the pennies and again hung up on me. I used no profanity, never raised my voice, needless tosay it was the worst customer service encounter at any business I've encountered bar none. I will take the ladie's advice and will find another gym. Unbelievable.

My daughter paid over 200.00 TO have a birthday party. They brought in 5 pizzas (pur party was booked for 40 people), which were cold and tasteless, drinks were really small punch pouches and not enough. No napkins or plates or utensils. Horrible . Only the swimming was good. Personally, I would never book a party there! The other activity places, such as Tiger Bounce, make awesome booked parties, they are friendly and provide everything you would need.

Brought my kids in was going to do a annual membership. Which I was question when I told her yes all my kids live with me and they will all be on there. Wouldn’t let me do a membership because I didn’t have my routing number even though I had the money. So I did day pass to swim. My 12/11 year old girls went to bathroom while I was with my 5 year son they were told they have to be at my side at all times. Koo. Then got in pool was told it was lap day so couldn’t use kids pool after a hour swimming told us we couldn’t swim anymore bc my son needed a life jacket we couldn’t do that on lap day. I asked her why they didn’t say that lady said em well do you want a refund. They need to communicate better and have better customer service not be so judgmental

The kids really like the pool. There is a small lazy river, a cyclone pool, a larger water slide, & a play area for smaller kids. This is one of the most affordable options in the area for family fun.
