I was leary about trying a new box because you never know what the coaches will be like, if they will know how to teach proper technique and also be effective coaches. Being someone who played sports through high school & college and majored in physical education & health, I know what the lifts should look like and what a good coach is like (sounds really braggy, just trying to make a point lol) and I can say that this box is doing everything right. The coaches are very knowledgeable and you can tell they really care how each person is performing, and the people are helpful and friendly as well. I love Crossfit Aggregate and am happy to call it my box!

Great place to help you achieve all your fitness goals. Knowledgeable down-to-earth staff. The workouts are going to push you to your limits regardless of your fitness level.If you aren’t in great shape or are apprehensive about crossfit this place is still amazing. You modify the workouts to fit your fitness level. The individuals who frequent here are great as well. They are going to be supporting you every step of the way as well. It’s a lot easier to push through a workout when you look over and see the person next to you pushing though it with you.Do yourself a favor and come in and give it a try.

Best Crossfit gym in town! Excellent coaches, equipment, huge facility, really good rates, no contract. For a bit more money Olympic class is available and is well worth the money! If you want to feel part of a family, and be part of a very positive environment come to Crossfit Aggregate! It will change your like!

Awesome atmosphere to reach your fitness goals! Nice large, clean establishment. The coaches pay attention to technique and make helpful corrections at necessary. Aggregate often hosts fun events and encourages community involvement into the world of Crossfit! I really appreciate Joe and Kristy's timeliness in answering emails/questions, and the ease of signing up for membership and being very transparent on what you are paying for! I am ecstatic to continue my fitness journey at Crossfit Aggregate! I highly recommend Crossfit Aggregate to any and all skill levels of fitness!!
