I love this place!! I was looking for something new and different for working out and cycle-bar was just right for that. The staff is so welcoming and it definitely is a judgement free zone. I love the different times they have so I can plan accordingly to my schedule. It’s a nice place to start/ end my day with a quick, challenging ride. Id highly recommend checking it out!

Everything was very clean and smelled good. I was greeted as soon as I got in the door and the lady at the desk was really nice and helpful getting me set up. The two instructors were pumped up and ready to go! They brought great energy and motivation to my workout. 10/10 will be back next week!

There's something here for everyone at all levels of fitness. The positive, welcoming atmosphere is unlike any other I've experienced at a gym or fitness institute. If you've never cycled before (I hadn't), the staff are helpful, teach the ropes, and get you comfortable. Usually, the lights are turned down so you don't feel out of place as you're learning and you can go at your own speed without feeling like eyes are on you. You're the main character of your ride. Or, if you're more competitive, there are classes with challenges (both group and individual) where you can see your stats up against the rest of the class. The only downside is sometimes the grease smells from Mad Cow next door make you hungry during the ride! :)

What a great place! I've been attending classes for a few months now. The staff is welcoming and extremely helpful, the instructors are motivating, the music has been great and the facilities are always clean. As a newbie to cycling I really appreciated them kindly helping me set up my bike more than once. I was a little leery the first time as I don't usually love group fitness but with the dark lighting and classmates of all shapes, sizes, and fitness levels I felt at ease. The variety of class times they provide makes it easy to fit in a workout in my ever-changing schedule. Love that every class I've attended has been different, never the same music or routine even with the same instructors or time slot. Keep up the great work Cycle Bar!!

C Smith, I hope we were able to address your concerns over the phone the other day. Again, we apologize that things aren't the way they should be just yet. Everyday is a new day that we strive to be better than the last.

Shady billing practices. Get charged a ride credit AND a no show fee (equal to a ride credit). Now I get they want to fill a seat, but if I had been there only one butt could have been in the seat. So they profited an extra seat. Had I known this I would have shown up with the flu and risked everyone getting sick, checked in and then gone home. When I found out, I immediately cancelled my account IN JANUARY. Still got charged for MARCH. Totally understand getting charged for February since it was after cutoff. However now they are saying both months were?? Shady stuff. Similar to another reviewer. Staff says one thing but no one says the same thing. Stay far away!

I will start by saying the instructors and their classes themselves should get 5 stars. I adore all of them, and my cardio is noticeably better in just 2 months. They pick amazing music, and cannot recommend them enough. That being said…Minus one star for the facility. About 1/3 of the time I go, I get a broken bike. Either the wheel is making a loud grating sound, the bike does not sync with the app in the end, or the bike monitor just shuts off completely mid ride. These issues are worsening, even though the bikes are (in theory) brand new. Additionally, the “locker room” is the size of a bedroom, and trying to change shoes/take off jackets in a room with 30 other people is a complete cluster. Everyones constantly apologizing to each other and I constantly feel in the way, my true nightmare. There are no showers like there are at the yoga studios or gyms; it’s not designed as a place to linger at all. Which brings me to the second issue.Minus another star for the fees. In my haste to exit the crowded “locker room”, I have forgotten to check in twice now. I remember and let someone know at the end of the ride, but somehow still end up getting the $20 no-show charge. This is somewhat of a hassle to then get refunded. There is a fee for cancellation before the class even starts. You cannot just change your subscription; you have to let them know at least 30 days in advance. And finally, your ride credits do not roll over from month to month. I find navigating all of this stressful, and just feel like in the end it’s just easier to cancel my subscription than to have to worry about being charged, using the credits in time, and wrestle with the contract’s inflexibility.Minus one more star for the text/calls/email spam that is truly incessant.
