Nice place. Clean. I want to reserve 5 stars for more information about the place - after being a regular. To be fair, It’s my first impressions.

This is a true community. Being able to walk in with no experience and feel welcomed just as much as a professional athlete is a priceless experience.

Gracie Barra Columbia brings a world-class Brazilian Jiu Jitsu program to central Missouri. Professor Mario and coaches are excellent teachers of “The Gentle Art”. From my perspective, adult classes were safe and fun. I learned lots.

This gym and it’s members are top-notch. They create such a welcoming environment that anyone who just wants to be a part of learning a new life skill are welcomed with open arms. The coaches really take the time to be present and help you out during class and sometimes even after if you’re struggling with a new move. Highly recommend this gym for both kids and adults if you’ve been wanting to go try something new.

This place is so great! They work with all different ages and they really know how to adjust their teaching to each age group. All the instructors are patient, kind and uplifting to each child. I HIGHLY recommend you taking your child here!

Gracie Barra Columbia is one of the best things I could have done for my 11 year old son. After 3 months his confidence and focus has increased about 500%. Before Gracie I was unsure if he was interested in anything besides gaming and youtube. It has also improved our relationship as father and son by me just being there. My son has a goal to be a black belt, and i am so proud to see him develop. The professors are awesome. I appreciate the time they put into my son. I'm thinking of joining myself.
