I am not a gym kind of person. I prefer my workouts to be at home. I love how the heat makes my muscles feel. It is mentally relaxing as well. I go five days a week with a friend and love every minute! I enjoy HOTWORX so much!

This place is the absolute best. Not only is the gym itself AMAZING, but the unique set up with the individual saunsas is ingenious! Not to mention the staff is so much more than that. The are now family!

Staff is super friendly and willing to answer any and all questions. It’s a good vibe, everyone else who works out there has been friendly and respectful! I would recommend this hotworx location to anyone! you usually work out in a sauna by yourself - It’s a great workout and an even better stress reliever!

Really enjoying Hotworx! Everyone is very friendly and the monthly challenges are fun and keep you motivated! It’s nice to be able to workout by yourself or with a friend in a sauna and not have to worry about a crowded gym. Highly recommend!
