Best hour of the day. Gone from size 10/12 to size 4/6. Staff is encouraging and welcoming. Teachers are well-trained and very motivating. Love it.

I took barre at other studio/gyms in Columbia but none come close to the immediate results achieved at Pure Barre. Every class is challenging, even after five years!

I have been going to Pure Barre for years and still love it! The workouts always provide me with a challenge and I'm constantly getting stronger. I find Pure Barre equally as good for the mind as for the body!

Seriously the best workout!! I’ve gone on and off over the past few years, but last December, I made it a goal to get there 4-6 times a week! I’m coming up on one year!! I feel amazing!! I’m in the best physical shape of my life!! Definitely give it a try!!

I love love love Pure Barre Columbia. I tried a class on a whim over a year ago and have loved it ever since. Everyone that works here is so incredibly nice and welcoming. You will not regret trying out a class here. 100% recommend

I finally found my workout! Pure Barre has helped me lose weight, tone my body and has improved my confidence in myself. The staff is A-MA-ZING. I look forward to my workouts by being challenged and motivated by some incredible women!!!

Such a great workout! The class follows the same general "flow" each time, but it is different and challenging every single time! The instructors are amazing and encouraging and the community is embracing. If you want to feel strong and empowered, you have found your workout!

I've tried all kinds of exercises, trainings and workout classes for years, but never been able to establish a consistent workout routine until I joined Pure Barre. It's only 50 minutes and primarily low-impact, body weight exercises, but it's as challenging as you wish to make it and very effective. The struggle is real! After just a few classes, you start to notice not only stronger and more toned muscles, but also improvement in endurance, posture, and sense of well-being.This motivates me to push a little further each time and makes me look forward to the next class. I love that classes are smaller and intimate, and instructors pay attention to you and guide you without judgement no matter where you are. I also love the sense of community and camaraderie, especially among the regulars. These beautiful ladies of all ages and levels inspire me to be a better version of myself and encourage me to stay accountable. I just wish they offer more evening classes so that I can attend every day after work, especially Empower classes! All in all, I'm proud to be a part of PB community and can't wait for my next class!

I started taking Pure Barre since August 2017, and it's been such a wonderful experience! From the low-impact moves (great for my joints) to the cardio-based Pure Empower (wish I could take more of these!) to the friendly instructors and barretenders (they know my name :D), I highly recommend giving Pure Barre a try. They've definitely raised the *barre* for fitness classes!
