Amazing class. Well thought out path for the mile run. Coaches were knowledgeable and considerate of all different types of ability levels. Coach Jess in particular was very good.

Was led through an excellent workout, engaging a good multitude of muscle groups that I haven't been using. If I lived closer to the area I'd definately consider attending more.

Jason was fantastic! Had a group I’m that had a wide range of fitness levels and had a program to help establish a baseline for each regardless of fitness abilities. He explained how to strengthen ligaments and the benefits as well as other knowledge to help everyone in the class!
