Update your website to state you have no one running the gym until 5:30pm. Says office hours until 5pm. Wanted to give this gym a second chance after visiting 4-5 years ago when it was still Powerhouse. Was an ok gym then. This time I’m out my time and money for parking.

Great place to lift if you're really serious and driven about getting a good workout. Great facility, considerate and supportive staff. Gets a bit crowded around 5pm - but that's to be expected. REALLY wish they were a 24hrs gym - that would make them PERFECT.UPDATE: They are 24hrs now. Easily 5 star facility for the true gainz getter.

Scam company. Horrible service never go here. They offered tickets titled “Arnold” that were secretly just to access their gym during the Arnold. I was unknowingly signed up for a membership and charged $30 twice a month for 4 months. They refused to cancel my membership over the phone or issue a refund. Their business model is to trick people and steal their money. What horrendous people who own this place.

Good selection of machines. A little gritty and could use some signs to help you find your way around. Restroom and locker room are in the basement. But the desk attendant was super friendly and helpful.

No BS gym that gets the job done. The best place you can find downtown if you are serious in the weight room. Never too busy and everyones respectful of your space.

Edit to respond to owner.Gym is a 3/5 for the same reason a 3 star hotel is not a 5 star hotel.It has all the basic amenities you need to get a good workout in and get the job done absolutely, I enjoyed my time using this gym. But in today's market in regards to gyms it is very outdated and some stuff could use updating.3/5 as an average rating fits this gym. It is a good gym, it is an average gym, but it is not a "5 star hotel" in the gym market
