As an artist, I really appreciate the importance of light and nice ergonomic surroundings, along with cleanliness and easy flow of traffic area. Most importantly though, the staff and trainers truly show kindness and easygoing manners with all of the patients and clients. The therapy there is very good, and I would definitely recommend FITNESS MATTERS to friends and family.

Cyber Fit does a great job keeping my body and my mental health square once a week. Gary does a great job and muscle and getting my heart rate up every week. I have also started eating different and lost most of my belly fat. Exercising once a week has really helped not only my physical health but also my mental help. I had on and off pain for a few years and had regularly done chiropractic and massage therapy all with only temporary relief. After an x-ray and an MRI I was referred to physical therapy for bulging discs in my neck. On my first visit with Logan he identified several problem areas that I would not have identified otherwise. He went above and beyond to recommend daily stretches and lifestyle changes that targeted all the problem areas. After a little over a month I feel like an entirely new person and wish I would’ve gone to Logan years ago. Thank you Logan & Fitness Matters for giving me my life back.
