I want to express my sincere disappointment in a gym skills instructor. Today while at the gym instructor Yana had a very inappropriate outburst in front of my daughter as I left the facility dropping my daughter off. She was yelling at a man by the garage. Her language is something I can’t repeat and I truly feel sorry for the gentleman she was verbally assaulting. Do better Gym Skills.

Love this place been here a few times for open gym and the staff are always so nice and helpful. I even took my special needs kids and they gave reminders of the rules if they forgot we even had a play date for open gym really love the gym a lot. We did trial but unfortunately our schedule changed and we were unable to sign up we plan to do so next month with a another parent so our boys can go to class together. LOVE LOVE LOVE the smoothies and the creative names.

Took my three year old son here for a trial because he loves climbing and jumping!! This place is a hot mess!! The girl working the front desk could not answer any questions I had about the diff programs and the two girls with the preschool class are inpatient and should not be working with 3 + up!! After his class one of the girls came up to me and told me how hard the class was for her and that we should look into a different program. Keep in mind this is a teen speaking to me-so not much was taken seriously about her at all!! These girls need to trained properly or hire better staff!!!

My son has been attending Gym Skills for almost 9 years now. He absolutely loves it. I trust the Coaches and staff and feel very comfortable having him attend classes, open gyms, after-school and parents nights out. If there is ever an issue, I am able to openly communicate with any staff at gym skills and it is taken care of immediately! We have always had nothing but a positive experience!Coach Kenny is top notch! Goes above and beyond to make sure that the Gym is ran well and efficiently!

Small class sizes for all levels. My girls went for their first tumbling lesson after being inactive for almost 2 years, and their instructor was great at getting them acclimated. I'm so happy we went with Gym Skills!

I have two kids that go here and honestly I am amazed by this place! They have so much fun and also learn new skills. They get to use so many tools and such that they wouldn’t normally get to at a dance studio or regular gym. The coaches are so good my kids love seeing them. They are patient and take it very seriously. Keep doing what you guys are doing!

Great place before COVID, they clearly don’t take it seriously. When I voiced a valid concern about my child’s safety and COVID to management, it was met with extreme defensiveness and excuses. They place signs saying masks required for athletes, but don’t actually enforce it. They have signs for social distancing, but promptly huddled up 15 kids shoulder to shoulder for 2-3 minutes as soon as they entered gym. I was told by management that, “They aren’t there that long...” as if that makes any difference.Instead of addressing my concern of athletes being too huddled together without masks, the manager complained that I didn’t approach her saying Good Afternoon 1st.....To top it off, the instructors “sanitize” the equipment during rotations with a quick swipe across half the bars, even my 8 year old noticed and commented on the unsanitary methods. She was also able to keep a mask on throughout the entire class with no issues, even though the manager INSISTED that masks CAN’T be worn during practice because the masks will cover the athletes eyes and effect their vision.... my daughter does entire Acrobatic classes with a mask, no issues. Excuses that were given were so off base and invalid it’s insane. No management or communication skills were shown today. As much as my daughter loves this place, we sadly won’t be back until COVID isn’t a threat because her safety is NOT a priority to Gym Skills.

I called and asked for my daughters to come in for a free trial class and they refused to allow them to come in unless I paid for the classes. I have never seen this done before. They should allow children to come in for one free class before deciding on whether or not they will attend. Not a good way to attract customers, so I will not be sending my girls there. I will be taking them to a place that is more friendly and accommodating.

The thought of having my toddler enrolled to burn off some energy was great at first. Overall it was to be $15 per class. Two weeks after signing up the facility changed the rules and I did not agree with the changes. I elected to pull my child and was told that I would be charged for an additional 2 months. It ended up being $50 per class.Look elsewhere. This place is a scam.
