I love the staff , and how I feel after my workout!

Really nice studio, smaller than the one closer to home but less overwhelming to me since there are fewer people. The instructor was really nice and helpful since it was my first class!

Great facility and staff, love the workouts and feel of the classes! Conviennent app, however they lose a star for their price point and lack of membership class rollovers.

Awesome gym! I now love to workout because of OTF and it’s community.

I enjoy the different variety and intensity of the classes that help challenge the mind and body. I enjoy the music and each instructors friendliness and knowledge of the workouts. I also like that there are options for specific moves on the weight floor.

The couches are really supportive and I enjoyed being able to move at a pace that was right for my fitness level.

Best workout program I’ve done in years. Show up and put the effort in, you won’t be disappointed

Workouts at OTF are easy to follow, instructions/demonstrations are given, and workouts are always a challenge. I do NOT care for the newly established repeat on workouts, as I really enjoy/ed was the fact that EVERY day was something different and unique. Likewise, I appreciate that, due to my disability, I am able to work at my own pace and the coaches are diligent in helping me succeed in a way that fits my needs. OTF has not only effected my physical well-being but my emotional well-being and my self-image and self-esteem has improved ten-fold.

I had my VERY FIRST Orange Theory Class this week (during "MAYhem Week") & it was CHALLENGING, to say the least.. BUT, I made it! (lol)I really like that there are a few "options" to choose from during the class (like power walking/running, different inclines, different ways to do pushups/etc)!& while it seems like they do encourage you to push yourself, you also want to stay w/in a certain range, which is what the heart monitors are for. I really like this too, because it gives you an actual, visual, baseline for "pushing yourself too hard" & "you can push a little more!".Davy was really encouraging & supportive during the class & I appreciated her energy! I am looking forward to taking more classes soon!

I have been on witness journey. I recently visited my doctor and the doctor was surprised and pleased with the many changes. I am good health for the first time in 25 years. Without OTF I would not be where I am. Every workout is challenging and different. The workouts are never boring and the coaches are encouraging, supportive, and are sticklers for details to make sure you are doing things correctly and to avoid injury. It can be life changing.
