I recently had the pleasure of joining Orange Theory Fitness Studio in Upper Arlington, and I must say it has been an incredible experience. From the moment I walked through the door, I was greeted with a warm and friendly atmosphere that made me feel right at home. Thank you to the staff that made me feel welcome!The facilities at Orange Theory are top-notch. The studio is clean, well-maintained, and equipped with state-of-the-art exercise equipment.The workout sessions that I have taken at OTF are truly unique and incredibly effective. The combination of cardio and strength training is what I enjoy and feel like I get an incredible whole-body workout from each class.Overall, my experience at Orange Theory Fitness Studio in Upper Arlington has been nothing short of outstanding. The combination of a welcoming atmosphere, knowledgeable trainers, effective workouts, and a strong sense of community makes it a standout fitness studio. I highly recommend Orange Theory to anyone looking to challenge themselves, improve their fitness level, and have a great time while doing it.Kudos to the whole team in Upper Arlington for creating such an incredible fitness experience. I LOVE Orange Theory! The staff at the UA location are friendly and helpful and the coaches are great! I've been attending for about 6 months and I couldn't be happier with the results–my fitness level has really increased and I feel stronger than I've been in a very long time!

I’ve been going to OT just over a year and have had a great experience. Shanna has been the coach for the majority of my classes….she’s a wonderful instructor and I’m definitely benefiting from the workouts……mind, body and spirit. Everyone at the Upper Arlington facility have been very helpful!!!

Friendly staff, great coaches, awesome workout. I’ve been to several Orange Theory gyms and this layout is the best. Highly recommend!
