No frills, but all basic equipment needs are covered. Great location for those living in GV. 24 hour access is a nice touch for early birds or people who have an urge for a late night work out. Lastly, can't beat the price comparatively speaking to other offers in the area.

Never pushy, relaxed atmosphere, and good folks running the show. Kinda limited on gear, but I wouldn't trade my membership for any other club. HOWEVER, they need to buy shovels for when it snows haha.

I've made a lot of progress in my personal health and fitness since I started working with a trainer here, and the gym in general is available for members 24/7, well-equipped, casual, and non-intimidating. Highly recommended.

I've been going to this gym for a few months now and am just as satisfied as day 1. The machines are always clean and I can tell care has been put into the place (all machines were given replacement cushions and upholstery not long after starting at this gym). It's never really that packed, so most of the time I can use the equipment I want to without a wait. Highly recommend this gym.

Great use of space. Full dumbell rack, cable machine, TRX straps, treadmills, ellipticals, smith machine, some free weights for the short and EZ curl bar. Seems well maintained and frequented by people with good ettiquete and put thier equipment back when done. Should be able to get consistenly good workouts whatever your style is.
