I've been trying to cancel my membership with them for MONTHS. I completed the paperwork and turned it in in October. It is now July and they are still charging me. I have had to go to my bank and dispute charges several times. I've called. I've emailed. And yet they continue to charge me every month. Oh, they have also refused to refund me the money. Terrible terrible customer service. If you live in Clintonville go to Spark Society instead. They have more space, better equipment, are also open 24/7 and actually have customer service.

Good gym, had all the equipment that I need. I do deadlift squats bench press all with free weights. Wasn't crowded when I was there Monday evening. The few people that were there were very considerate of each other. I wish the colors of the gym were brighter it's all black. I prefer bright spaces but so many gems go for this really dark motif. They could use some more plates for their freeways but there happened to be enough that night for those of us who are there. If there were one other person using the barbells there would not have been enough plates.

Best gym ever. No frills, open 24-7, never unpleasantly crowded (even at peak times), has all of the equipment you need for a workout.

A small 24/7 gym. Been a member for 1.5 years, and go 3-5 times a week at different times. Though it is small and equipment is somewhat limited, I can do everything I want and almost never have an issue getting on the equipment I want. Even if something I need is being used, the other members are generally courteous and accommodating. Only reason it’s not 5 stars is because it generally takes longer than a week to fix a busted piece of equipment (there have only been two instances of this happening in all the time I’ve been a member, so it could be worse).

although the gym is fine (decent options for equipment although pretty limited), i am currently locked out of the gym because there is NO SIGN indicating you need to take your badge into the apparently shared bathroom with local cantina? clearly zero concern for member safety here.

Don’t come to this gym! I’m very unsatisfied. 😡 I came in today and the boss told the worker to tell me that I couldn’t workout there any more, that I had to pay $20. I’ve been going there for about 2 years now. He accused me of bringing a …

Been a member for three years. No frills gym. Has the basics. 24 hour a day access is a plus. No locker/changing room. Sometimes equipment is broken for an extended period of time.

Started my membership at this gym in February and paid the first month and it’s fees. I then waited over a month, meaning I paid a second months fee, without getting a pass. I called them and after some nagging I managed to get in to work out. I had one life in the gym only for all nonessential businesses to be put on hold. Whatever them being shut down isn’t their fault. During the pandemic I ended up losing my debt card I had the subscription billed too. Since I also moved in this period of time I didn’t correct the payment assuming that would be the end of it. Then I get a call from them telling me I’m not just on the hook for the last months subscription but I have to cancel 30 days in advance. Basically shaking me down for 80 bucks for a gym I used once, not because I didn’t show up, but because I never received my pass.

Went to cancel my membership at the beginning of the Coronavirus shutdown. Snap fitness suggested a hold on the account so I could reopen the account whenever without occurring a new membership fee. Apparently, the "hold" only lasts for a …
