The front door has been broken the entire year of my membership. No equipment is ever added or moved around. Leaky ceiling is fixed by putting a bucket underneath.Overall it is pretty clean, especially the bathrooms, but many things are neglected. Cheap price for a slightly below-average gym.

Where to start with this place?I joined the Grandview location a few months ago. I thought it was odd that most of the treadmills had out of order signs, but I thought they would be fixed quickly. After three months, 2 of them are still out of order. After talking to members that have been there for years, it is all the same equipment from when they first opened. The front door has been broken for about 2 months. It had to be left unlocked for people to get in and out. Not very safe since any one can walk in any time of the day or night. The sign today said that it had been fixed, but I was unable to even get the door open to get in.I'm typically there during their staffed hours. I have seen staff vacuum, but I have never seen them clean the equipment. Most of the patrons do not clean them either. The A/C pipes also drip water all over they gym, so don't be surprised if water drips on you while you're working out. They have security cameras around and a monitor where you can see what is going on. Most of the feeds are out.The AED machine has also been missing for a few weeks. When you flush the toilets, the pipes make an awful screeching and whining sound.Walk if you can. Parking is limited and most of the street parking is permit only.Today is my last day as a member.
