I love the intensity of the workout. I burn a lot of calories, build muscle and take out anything that is bothering me on the bag. I love that if you need low impact moves, they always give you that option and specify what you should do. …

Title and the staff is great. I never feel rushed or pressured into buying things I don't need. The hand wraps are for safety and buying your own keeps everything sanitary. If it weren't for the way they do things the first session, I …

The instructoin are great, if you're looking for a good work out, you've found the right place. The reason I am giving the poor review is due to a poor policy on management's behalf. I prepaid a year contract, ended up only going to 3-4 months as I moved out of Columbus. No problem with the original amount paid even though I didn't get use of it as that was the contract... One year and it was a fault of my own. I get an $80 charge on my credit card however many months later because I didn't come in to cancel my membership. Never received an email about it being up and would not refund the $80 despite no longer living in the city. Memberships don't transfer so I can't even get my money's worth. Asked if I could get store credit for a later month, answer was no. The woman on the phone was very professional. Not a fault of anyone there, poor policy. And no, it's not too hard to email everyone about their membership renewal, it can an automated message. Will not be returning.

I signed up for my introductory class to try something new. When i got there it felt like i was interrupting a conversation the employees were having at the front desk. I was in an unfamiliar area and i felt pretty nervous to begin with, so feeling rushed wasn’t helpful. After they helped me wrap my wrists all she said was “they start with a warm up then go into the workout. Just try to keep up. Then come see me after class”. That was all the instruction i got for a whole new sport i was trying. The class itself was great, the teacher was so helpful and it kicked my butt in the best way.Unfortunately you have to buy a pair of $10 hand wraps for your first session even if you don’t chose to buy a membership. Then the membership itself was explicitly expensive and i knew i couldn’t afford it.Overall the service was crappy and the prices were way too high. It was fun to take one class to see if i liked it, but i know i definitely won’t go back.

Title was a completely new venture for me a year and a half ago when I first signed up. When you walk in, everything can be quite intimidating but the staff did a great job of helping me feel welcome. Now I have been a member for 17 months and will continue to work out there daily. I recommend anyone who is interested in trying it out, come to a 30 minute class around lunch time or trying any class on the weekend. This place is amazing and you will see that every night each class is practically full, and for good reason!

Seriously the best gym in Columbus! The staff is always friendly and encouraging. The classes are always a great workout. And the community is so inviting. I've been a member here for over a year and I still feel the same way I did when I first started. Your first class is free so just give it a try, you won't regret it!

About died doing my first boxing class, but it was overall a good experience. Everyone is working their butts off but if you need to take a quick water break between punches you won't be the only one. I got invited to a free class to try it …
