I like the 24h schedule as it provides me with the flexibility to exercise on my schedule. The inside temperature is right where it needs to be.

Best of the best. Need new up to date squat equipment machine the current equipment is high risk for injury there are much better products out there that would greatly enhance soldiers family members retirees and other authorized individuals.

This gym has cardio rooms, free weights and machine weights; cross fit equipment and area. Majority of people who work out here have great gym etiquette. Any one wanting a quality work out this is a great place to work out.

Great gym, has something for everyone... crossfit area, cario area, dumbbell room, ab room, wrestling area, and a ton of traditional weight lifting equipment. Too bad Harmony Church is so far out, or I would frequent this gym more often.

A great gym with plenty of everything. The layout is spread out enough for people not to be on top of each other. Each side room has specific uses so it never looks too crowded even when it is. If you're looking for mirrors, dont come here. The facility has showers but theres no ac in the entire building. So come to get sweaty and you're gonna leave sweaty. They only use fans to cool. Overall pleased with the gym. Downsides are limited lockers, no ac, (why build a new gym with no ac!!!) Upside: plenty of machines, racks, weights, space, and clean.

Neely designed gym on Harmony Church, Fort Benning. Great balance between traditional equipment such as weight machine and barbells and "cross Fit" equipment. They also have a meeting and boxing room, cardio room, and a virtual trainer for the cycling enthusiasts. The gym can get pretty filled during PT hours (0600 to 0730), but generally remains usable. Off times it's virtually unused and a great time to get a workout in.Parking, on the other hand, is pretty terrible. The only parking space is in the rear and it's a gravel lot. With no defined spaces people park where they want; not efficient by any means. I've yet to see someone get boxed in, but it's not beyond the realm of possibility.
